C & C Heating & Air Conditioning

Our furnace was not working on a cold morning. Jason came and checked it. He suggested we replace the motor rather than just do a quick fix that might not last more than an hour. He didn’t have the motor. Later that day he picked up the motor and installed it. His pricing was reasonable. We were very pleased with his attitude and service!

I was referred to C&C by some neighbors. A little backstory is I had a horrific install done by a different HVAC company and over the winter had to spend alot of money to fix the furnace install, and now that it is summer, I have had a hard time finding a HVAC company that could troubleshoot the AC system and get it operating properly. I called C&C and told them I have had 3 other companies out and still do not have a functioning AC unit.
C&C came out and started trouble shooting. They found a bunch of wires that were incorrectly wired. They went ahead and just redid my entire wiring to ensure everything was properly connected. They then used special equipment to check my Superheat and Subcooling. They were the first company that had the proper equipment to actually measure this, and they then figured out my TXV valve was stuck open, basically my coil was bad.

Being that my AC was under a year old, C&C contacted the local supplier for me and started the warranty exchange. They also got a portion of the labor prorated for me to help ease the cost. He quoted me a price for the repair and I had it done. Unfortunately the job took much longer due to unforseen issues. Regardless that it took hours longer, C&C stuck to their quoted price and didnt charge me over the quoted price. That is superb customer service and I appreciate it.
The other great fact is due to the issues I had with the original installation from a different company. I began learning and reading about HVAC to better educate myself as to what my system should look like. I asked alot of questions and Jason was very receptive and answered all of my questions while educating me along the way. I cannot say enough good things about this company and I finally have a system that is operating properly. Thanks C&C
