Relatively speedy service, even without an appointment and friendly. But depending on who you get caught with, they will lie to you between their teeth, bumping up prices and trying to scare you into servicing things you don’t need. Just got back from what I thought would be a quick oil change, but ended up getting front brakes and rotors replaced as well as a useless power steering flush, that I only realized after the fact is not necessary for my 2008 scion TC with only 30k miles. The brakes I knew needed to be replaced and thought it would be a good idea to get it done before I head to NY for the weekend. But as far as I can tell from online sources, a complete power steering flush wasn’t necessary; I just got scared into it because I have to leave soon. I’m even angrier because they charged $ 120 for it. This is leading me to think whether I could have gotten my brakes done somewhere else for cheaper(they charged $ 400). I’m pretty sure I got ripped off on this too, but I don’t think there is much that could’ve been done, since I have to leave this afternoon. Shame on me for not doing my research beforehand and scheduling sooner. But while I know that it’s partially my fault, it would have been nice if these guys were a little more honest about it. Moral of this story: bug them and ask to see stuff yourself if necessary. From other reviews, it seems like they are decent enough that if you are persistent, they will be responsive to it.
