I met some great people while I waited for my meal at the bar and watched a hockey game. Our bartender was very good. As usual for Uno, my experience was pleasant and the food tasted great… BUT, once again the presentation for such a good meal was not reflecting any pride in their work. It looked as though meal was hastily slopped on the plate. Not arranged or placed with intent and concern. This is important, for you the customers, ultimately contribute to the longevity of the restaurant“s existence, or lack of an existence. It is all hinged on our perception of the experience as a whole. Why doesn’t the management see this problem and address it? Kick it up a notch and we will feel more significant… next time?

Uno’s has an amazing«All you can eat soup» special during the lunch rush. For only $ 6.99, you get breadsticks, a garden or Caesar salad and unlimited soup! Choices change daily but you can always count on French onion, clam chowder, tomato and some kind of vegetarian soup. It was a cold afternoon and my friends and I were in the mood for some hot soup to warm us up. We headed to the Uno’s in the Woburn Mall location a few miles from our office. The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived and we were seated in the dining area where the soup station was located. The French Onion Soup and Clam Chowder soups are included in the specials but are made to order. My friend and I placed our request for the French Onion and I went up to scope out the other offerings. Today, they had tomato soup, broccoli and cheddar, veggie and Italian wedding. I grabbed a small portion of the Italian wedding and loaded it up with meatballs. My friend went with the broccoli and cheddar and it looked really good so I eventually got my own to sample. The French Onion soup arrived hot with the cheese still melting in the crock. I love french onion soup and this one was delicious! The broth was perfect, not too salty and there were generous chunks of bread, onions and CHEESE! Samantha and Jenn opted for the Caesar salad with their meal, I upgraded for a couple bucks and got a flatbread. The toppings change everyday and Monday’s special was prosciutto. I should have stuck with the salad because I ended up being too full and packed the flatbread to go. Although I didn’t have any tomato soup, the cheesy bread sticks looked like it would go well with the tomato soup. Overall, it was a great deal for lunch! I would definitely return. For three of us, the bill was about $ 26.00

Everything I go here we get great service. The food is great just a bit over priced to me but they always seem to have good specials or coupons. I’ve never had to wait long to be seated.

This place is empty… Maybe 30% full, max. However it was still a 20 min wait to be seated. Crazy.

Had some of the best nachos I’ve had in a while here tonight. Pizza was very tasty although i liked it when the cheese was over the toppings(stuff didn’t fall off when trying to eat it). Waitress(shauna) was great!

I just had an early dinner here having skipped lunch at work. Chicken bites to start were delicious and moist and hit the spot. The primo pepperoni pizza took quite some time to come out but I didn’t really notice as I was busy on my phone. Both waitresses apologized about my pizza taking its time coming out of the kitchen. When I finished my dinner the manage Nike came over and introduced himself and apologized for the delay and picked up my check on the grounds that they are a pizza place and should be able to make a delicious pizza in good time. I think it was unnecessary for him to get my check buy GREATLY appreciated. I do take comfort in the fact the manager has self respect for the business. He holds everyone to a standard and ensures quality. I think a lot of restaurants lack this attention to detail and self policing. Good for you Mike /Staff. I’ll be back soon!

Very poor quality pizza. Especially for $ 12 for a tiny individual pizza that should feed one person, which it doesn’t do. The crust tastes like paper. Overall just not good food at all

Did you ever regret driving past a mediocre restaurant to eat somewhere that makes the mediocre place look like a five star restaurant? I did that unfortunately. How long should someone wait for a meal? How long does it take to cook a pizza… My wife and I ordered a pizza at the table computer ordering system. An hour for a pizza. And the place was dead. Should have just gone to home and made PBJ

After a terrible experience at the Uno’s in Burlington Mall we came here for dinner. The food was good and I loved the mint moijito. The restaurant wasn’t busy but that’s fine with me it was relaxing and the service was good.

After missing Lou Malnati’s in Chicago this place is a nice place to grab some deep dish. The take out and lunch specials are great deals for the money. Parking is an issue at times if the grocery store next to it is busy. Wish they had take out only parking spots.

Our overall experience was a pleasant one. We had to wait a very long time despite there being open tables. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what. Our deep dish pizza was delicious. The lettuce for my Caesar salad definitely was not the freshest I’d ever seen. Our server was on top of things even though she seemed pretty busy.

I had not been very impressed with Uno recently, but this dinner came off better than expected. They have some new pizzas on the menu which are interesting and different, and it feels like they’ve lightened their deep dish crusts a bit. In general, they’ve managed to make Uno a little bit more trendy while still keeping it very family friendly. Service was okay. I appreciated that our waitress gave special attention to the kids at our table, but it also felt like she could have come back a little more often after dinner was served, to check on our meals, refill beverages, etc. I also liked the layout of this Uno, with different sections that felt more appropriate to the type of party being seated, especially given it was a smaller mall, compared to the Uno in the Burlington Mall.

First time there for lunch. Never saw the lunch menu before but if I did I would have been there every other week. Friends got unlimited soup buffett with wraps and me and other co worker got 6 ea minimum 2 dish combo. Got regular deep dish cheese pizza and pasta milano w chicken. Loved it. It was great Also the chili my friends got for soup buffett was excellently presented. They really have good lunch options w the right price and right quantity It is a great place to go for lunch… loved it

We went on a Monday during lunchtime. The grilled cheese stix were great but everything else was pretty bad. The server couldn’t understand our order; she was struggling even though we only ordered an appetizer, a personal pizza and a hamburger. When the plates came, the hamburger patty was overcooked. The server asked why it wasn’t eaten and we mentioned why. She took it back to the kitchen and brought it back, with the same patty that had been cooked even more, to the point of being charred and burnt. The server seemed upset that it was still uneaten so we explained why. However, my personal pizza was pretty good and as expected. At the end, the manager came over and gave us our meals for free.

I’ve had a solid meal here each and every time I’ve visited while at lunch working in Woburn. I love the fact that they have an outdoor patio so I tend to go here more during the summer when that is open. The bar area is also nice when there is a day game on and I want to just veg out and relax in a over sized and super comfy chair in the«lounge» section. I’m a HUGE fan of the soup/salad deal for just $ 7.99 on the weekdays but do catch myself ordering off the menu on occasion. I have a hard time staying away from the pizza… even though I know it is HORRIBLE for you(1800 calories or so in a «personal» with just cheese and tomato). I like that you can get soup along with it so I’ll stuff myself on veggie soup, have a pizza along with it but end up taking ¾ of it home for another meal to cut the guilt down a bit. The staff the last time I was there was OVERLY nice and pleasant, something i’m not used to at MA restaurant locations. The hostess at lunch is also always a doll and super accommodating, they are a big reason I go back time and time again. Not a complaint to be found other than I have a hard time giving large, corporate chains 5 star reviews. It’s the best option near the mall other than Joe’s across the street.

I’ve visited this restaurant a few times in the past 3 months as my boyfriend lives in the area. I’m not impressed by it but I don’t think it deserves 3 stars, only. Recently, I ordered two thin crust pizzas to go. There were a couple of employees that were clearly being trained there. Placing the order and paying was rather delayed, as the young employee had to be told what to do and where/how to do it. normally, I wouldn’t mind this but, then I thought, new employees should attend a seminar/training before being put on the floor to assist your customers. It would save the sour taste in our mouths(pun not intended). Anyhow, after I paid my order, I was told it would take approx 15 minutes so, I decided to goo shopping as this UNO is located in a mall. I returned 15 minutes later and was told it would only take 2 more minutes… The head manager came and informed me they had made a mistake with my order and cooked the thick-crust pizzas instead of the thin-crust and that my order would take 5 more minutes. I was starving and when I’m starving I get cranky, it’s normal so don’t judge. However, I kept my cool and told him«it’s okay… I’ll just go out and shop some more». After all, I don’t like spits in my food… you know?! The manager was great, really. He apologized again and offered to give me all four pizzas. I said I’d take that. We can always eat them later. When I got back, my thin-crust pizzas were ready and the manager had refunded my CC. That ladies and gentleman, is customer service! I give them 4 stars because, after all the service was slow and they made a mistake but, their reaction to the issue was fantastic.
