Tech Auto Service

I’ve been meaning to post a review for over a year now. Jim is one of those rare mechanics that is very knowledgeable with both cars and trucks, old and new, foreign and domestic, keeping up with all the newest tech. You can trust Jim to be up front with you about your vehicle. He has consistently gone above and beyond with our maintenance and repair work. We have had Tech Auto working on our business vehicles and personal cars and trucks for years now and this review is long overdue. They do solid work and stand behind it. Highly reccomended.

Jim of Tech Auto is a top notch mechanic and a straight shooter. Gets the job done for a fair price and in a timely fashion. I’ve been bringing cars to him since he worked out of the garage at the old McSheffrey’s gas station on the corner of Montvale Ave and Washington St which is probably 15 — 20 years or so. In my opinion, having a trusted mechanic = peace of mind.

Very nice shop. Owners were happy to discuss service issues with me. I do most of my own work on my cars, but use these guys when I need to. Note: They are at 5 Walnut Hill Park in Woburn.

don’t know if this is the right place. right phone number and neighborhood. the address i went to was 5 Walnut Hill Park # 3, Woburn, MA. They are AWESOME: real mechanics not these slobs that plug the car up to a computer and read codes… went to nissan to fix my exhaust they told me nothing was wrong… because no error codes showed up on a 1994 300zx…went to tech and it ended up being o2 sensors… they fixed it quick easy and affordable. Jim is great. good guys they are busy but i highly reccomend them. honest trust worthy. IMMACULATE shop which is always a good sign. A+++++ all around

Went in for breaks for my 2004 GTI, I priced parts around town like all the way around town inside of Rte 128 aka I-​95 and they gave me the cheapest price by $ 100. Jim is stil great I dropped the car off at 845 it was done by 11. Super service, I highly recommend these dudes.
