Probably not my favorite Starbucks… The cashier didn’t know anything about the drinks and the barista didn’t call when they were done… But hey at least they had my tea

This a very convenient location near my office. The service is always top notch and the baristas not only keep the morning line moving but always provide great service! Whether it’s hot or cold, the products are always top shelf. Additionally, the lemon pound cake is awesome!

One star for opening late… The Starbucks app indicates that his location opens at 5:00 a.m. I got here around 5:10 a.m. and noticed that there were people waiting outside so I thought perhaps the app was wrong and that the opening time was 5:39 a.m. I then noticed the manager arriving at 5:23 a.m.(according to my phone) and the person who was waiting was actually an associate waiting. It’s now getting close to 6:00 a.m. and the two employees are still quickly trying to set or doing something. Not sure but no one has come to acknowledge the customers. Meanwhile many people stopped waiting and just left. I really need my caffeine. I am now more motivated to see when this place actually opens and sees what the staff says when they do finally open the doors… I also called the number listed in the app but no one answered… Doors opened at 5:52 a.m. and I asked the manager what time they open. She indicated 5:00 a.m. but said she was late in getting here in the morning and so… No apology for waiting or opening late. I think I was the only customer left waiting who ultimately came in. Shortly after I ordered a bunch of people came in so maybe they just arrived. I also saw that there was a car at the drive through window with the driver being handed coffee. I have had other bad experiences related to customer service here but decided against placing anything on here. Opening on time is what I consider to be a never event, sort like paying employees on time.

We are huge Starbucks fans but please remind me to avoid this particular store. Frapuccino was not made well and had to be remade and checkout took forever with only one person in front of us. I am not sure what is wrong with this particular location, but it could benefit from some staff retraining both for cashiers and baristas.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not once but 5 times now with 3 messed up orders! Ordered via mobile app and got to know that the order should be ready in 5 minutes only to get there 10 minutes later and find out that it hasn’t even been picked up yet! The barista rather than apologizing tell me its ok and happens all the time and then with a very sarcastic attitude makes me wait another 5 minutes. Still no apology what so ever! Their drive thru operates so slow all the time and the service inside isn’t any better either. If you can go yo the Starbucks inside Target which is right there! Not going back ever.

I go to this location daily, not because I like it but because its the only place quick off of 93 that I can grab a coffee on the way to work. The convenience factor is a level 10 for me, but that’s where my praises stop. They have the slowest people and 9 out of 10 times they get my drink wrong and I order the same thing every day. I only get an iced coffee with milk, but its a roulette after I order. Sometimes I get extra whole milk, sometimes I get skim and sometimes i get half and half. Not sure how they don’t know what I get by now. Another thing that drives me nuts, I will order a trenta coffee which I get charged for and then when I’m driving to work I realize they gave me a venti. This happened to me three times last week. I know what your saying, and yes I double check now. Its Thursday and twice this week I had to call them out on it. I will stop going when another option opens up for me, or when I stop being lazy and make it myself.

The one star is for the drive-thru. The only reason I keep going to this location is mainly because of the drive-thru. They never fail to mess up my drink. Whether it Cappuccino or a latte, they never get my coffee right, besides being slow, not hearing well through the intercom or getting the order wrong MOST of the time, and I don’t recall how many times I got regular milk when I specifically asked for NON-FAT. Or, when I ask for a non-fat drink and they add tons of whipped cream, without asking, there must be a reason I asked for non-fat milk. Despite many complaints about this location, I don’t see any changes.

Came by the drive-through because I wanted coffee before my fiancé and I drove up to spend the weekend in Maine. The layout of the parking lot is a bit confusing, so we had to circle twice before finding the entrance to the drive-thru, but otherwise experienced no complications. Service was very fast and we were back on the road in about 5 – 10 minutes.

On the«Starbucks curve», this one is not bad. There’s a drive thru! which means it’s relatively big. Being so close to many businesses in Woburn, you get a lot of business people coming in for their morning coffee, which results in a long, snaky line winding around the store. It seems to move fairly quickly though. But being a perpetual student, I am always on the hunt for places to study. This Starbucks is busy, but not loud. Ample outlets and ample tables/chairs. Not very roomy, though, as the store is narrow and long(to accommodate the aforementioned long, snaky line). Baristas are friendly. Lots o’ parking in the parking lot.

This is, by far, the best staffed Starbucks I’ve ever been to. All of the staff are friendly and efficient. And while I’ve never seen Paul(who actually does wear his Starbucks apron like a superhero cape) take flight, he definitely has super speed AND the amazing ability of pulling cheese off of breakfast sandwiches before heating them(a talent so amazingly rare it must be a super power). Grading on Ashley H’s SBUX curve, I give five stars.

First off, yes, it’s a Starbucks, so I’m grading on the Starbucks curve. Yes, there is better coffee, and I recognize and celebrate that coffee elsewhere. But that better coffee is usually not in Woburn. It is usually not accompanied by delicious breakfast sandwiches, and it is not all served to me with a smile by the Starbucks Superhero Paul. Paul is simultaneously everywhere, making sure orders were right, that there are enough straws out, that drinks are made(Right. You will see him remake things if the texture/color/whatever isn’t right. Not that it happens often.) Call me a yuppie or whatever, but Starbuckses are a guilty pleasure of mine. I enjoy sitting at a bar close to the action(here it’s right near the frap station and espresso machines). And these people are fun to watch. It’s pleasantly controlled chaos. Also, they get my personal pet peeve right— they always use the soy blender carafe for my soy drinks. They will make one drink at a time for my boyfriend and I so they use the right carafe. They will correct each other if someone accidentally goes for the wrong carafe.

2.5 stars if I could rate it that way. I’m glad I’m not the only one that’s ‘meh-a-ok’ about this place. Sometimes I have had great service here and it was super fast, other times I’ll be the only one in line, yet I spend a good 10 minutes there for an iced coffee?! They get my drinks wrong A LOT. Apparently when I say ‘venti’ they think it’s a ‘Grande’? And I don’t even have an accent by any means, so I’m not sure how that happens?! There is also this one woman that works there, if I see her working the bar I don’t get my normal drink because to her a Grande Soy Caramel Mach comes out ALLFOAM. That’s not how it should be made! I used to work at a Starbucks(6 years total), I know how they ran, I ran one for a while. This one needs to learn to run their store better, focus on the customer in line and not restocking cups that don’t need to be restocked at the moment.

Oh, I’m torn when I think of this location –Of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to, this one has the worst, slowest service… the people running the drive thru window are often just chattering away and never seem to be working … –BUT they have a drive thru!!! … yet I get stuck waiting in the drive thru for 7 – 15 minutes when there is only 2 cars in front of me.(yes, I should just go in, I know…) –BUT they have really fresh food… yet my order is usually wrong(when ordering from drive thru)… –BUT they have great outdoor seating… yet 9 out of 10 times, they are apologizing to me for the service or botched order.
I feel like this location used to be better or at least quicker. If they could just get their act together, they have the potential for greatness!

I am a fan because of the drive-thru. I’m a fan of the hours this place has. There is so much parking available it’s insane. I like that. They have a ton of outdoor seating and they are oh so close to Target… The employees were not amazingly nice. The focus seemed to be on moping(three hours prior to what I was told over the phone was closing time) and the drive thru orders, not the customers patiently waiting in line at the register.
