I was looking up the address for my appointment at Schwartz and Schwartz and saw the poor review. I have a very different opinion so would like to voice it here. My accountant is extremely smart, diligent and has saved me and my business a great deal of tax money. Unfortunately it is not always possible to please all your clients no matter how hard you try, so hopefully readers will se this and other reviews which were hidden by Unilocal at the bottom of the page.

This was once an exceptionally good accounting firm that took great pride in their relationships with clients. However, as the firm has grown, their ability to provide individualized service has really suffered. Gone are the days of prompt replies to emails and dutiful followup with important tax issues. If you are looking for individualized and prompt service, I would go elsewhere.
