Been working with Mike V throughout the winter months for the purpose of improving my golf game. The results so far… a 3 shot lower handicap. Hard work for sure but no attitude with the trainers. They are all very friendly and genuinely seem sincere in wanting to help you get in the best shape possible.

Hands down the best training I’ve ever had. They have helped me address the many movement issues i have as a result of dumb weight lifting regimens in my youth and sitting at a desk. In addition MBSC has given me a strength and fittness foundation that allows me to do what i please when i want. I look better, feel better, and am better as a result of them. Be ready to work HARD, but they wont needlessly beat you into the ground like many trainers do. Everything they proscribe is well thought out and planned. The trainers are great and the facilities top notch.

By far the best strength and conditioning gym in the Boston area. It is not so much the facilities but it is all about the people behind your work out. THEYARETHEBEST!!!

The very best strength and conditioning facility in the country. Don’t believe me? Men’s Health agrees( ). If you live in Boston, you’ll need a car to get out here. It is not a normal gym, as you will sign up for group classes set on specific days and at specific times. Once you do, you’ll be in a small class(usually less than 10), with two trainers giving you plenty of attention. Speaking of trainers, they recruit the best and the brightest, including my trainer, Anna Tocco, who is a ball of energy. It works out to be about $ 20 a session. You’ll work up a sweat, but not simply for the sake of sweating — over the course of each 4 month session there is a plan to make you stronger, better conditioned, and less injury prone. You’ll be doing the same workouts the pro athletes there are doing(when I was there, the NFL combine prep was in full swing), which some modifications of course(and obviously not at the same weights). They make great use of the astroturf for sprinting amd plyo work. Plenty of olympic weight racks. Penty of slideboard work too, which is awesome. No question, this is the gold standard.

This place is top on the field for strength and conditioning improvements. Boyle is considered one of the best in the country in the practice of physical performance improvement. The list of professional, collegiate, and youth clients is extensive. Check out the bodybyboyle website for information. My 12 year old nephew is currently attending the summer program and loves it. He looks forward to every one of his 2X week sessions with great enthusiasm.
