My son dropped his Lenovo laptop at school and cracked the frame. Even though we did not have an accidental damage warranty, I went to Micros Northeast because it is an authorized service center for Lenovo and I wanted the job done right.
The staff was courteous and and took the time to explain the repair, the cost and timing so I could make an informed decision regarding whether to repair. When I picked up the laptop after the repair was complete, Garrett, the technician who did the work, reviewed with me what had been done. John B. from Outside Sales then came out to greet me and review the bill. All in all, I was treated fairly and would definitely recommend Micros Northeast for your computer service and repair needs.
While I was visiting the Woburn facility, JC, the salesman at the front desk, explained that Micros Northeast also carries very competitively priced new computers which may be worth a look if you are in the market for a new unit. I know I will check it out when I need one.

In here, you will notice a dungeon and dragon’s cave of immense IT crap. If you can’t find it, they will find it for you! Prices are competitive from other giant box stores. So, come here and give it a chance!
