Was quoted 2 weeks for a t shirt order. I was then told to send artwork to the owner’s, stephen, email and then wait for a proof. A week later I called to check the status and come to find out he forgot about my order so it was pushed back another week. The Friday it was due I called and was again told that it would be ready for Monday. Unprofessional and I didn’t have the shirts for the weekend of my party. I am not returning for a second visit and will find another shop to give my business to.

Unethical. Unprofessional. Disorganized. Multiple tax liens against business owner Stephen E Jarbeau of Tewksbury, MA. Would not recommend that you trust your business image to someone that has such shoddy character. Maybe next time they will do the right thing and deliver when they say they will. Worked for multiple weeks with them to get a simple order of stickers made only to have to cancel the order when they yet again did not followup or communicate as they should have. They then proceeded to charge me for the stickers after I canceled the order. In the end I picked up the stickers and added them to my back stock. The quality of the work that we performed was good but the service was really terrible.
