They had originally fixed a TV for me in the past, when something else went on it much later down the line, they warranteed the diagnostic however said it wasn’t worth repair. They did give me a free monitor comparable in size and it is perfect for my son’s video games and movies. We love it.

We left a custom lcd tv/​dvd/​digital photo frame for repair that they totally scratched up, they said it couldn’t be fixed which was ok but they scratched the heck out of it!
Imagine if it was your tv and it could be fixed, getting it back all scratched up… Even worse, the tv still worked in a few other modes.
Seeing the scratches every day is a constant reminder how much I regret taking it there… I would not recommend them if you want your items taken care of…
