Burgers are decent. Everything else is garbage. Service is horrible.

Every restaurant in the Dell’s will average at least $ 60 for a family of 3 after tax and tip. All varying degrees of bad food and slow service. I don’t mind paying for good food. I don’t like paying for food that tastes like it came out of a dumpster. That being said, Survivor’s was the best food that we tasted our entire trip. Burger was freshly grilled, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Their onion rings were perfect. Our steak chopped salad made me so happy.

Nothing special, but one of the better food options at Wilderness, especially if you can’t eat gluten. Lots of good gluten-free options, clearly marked on the menu. GF pizza ended up a bit soggy, but it was ok.(And I think it was soggy because we took it to-go.)

If you stick to burgers you may survive. Trust me, I didn’t expect much. Worst dine-out food I ever had«steak and large prawns» was pieces of tough roast beef-like pieces of shoe sole and some deathward precooked frozen shrimp, even the rice was undercooked or sitting way too long. Didn’t have the heart to say anything as staff was nice enough– but it was laughably bad for $ 24 which would’ve gotten a nicer meal pretty much anywhere else.

This was the second time that my husband and I have been to Survivor’s. Our first time there, we had a decent experience. Our second experience wasn’t so great. There was only 1 person working behind the bar, and 1 person working the floor. There weren’t that many people in the restaurant at the time, yet the service was lacking. We sat at the bar, and it took a few minutes for the bartender to ask us what we would like to drink. After we placed our order, it took approximately 5 minutes to receive our drinks. When we were ready to order our food, it took a little while for the bartender to come back around to us to take our order. The food, thankfully, didn’t take too long to get to us. We split a Lil Molly burger, which is your basic burger topped with your choice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion and the Survivor Island Style Sauce. The food itself was decent. And the happy hour drink specials are good. But the service could use some improvement. We were with 3 other friends while we were there. 2 of them had a gift card that they wanted to use to pay their bill. After waiting almost a ½ hour for the bartender to come back to take their payment, they ended up just placing cash on the bar and leaving. Our other friend did the same thing. We, unfortunately, did not have cash on us, so we didn’t have that option. I hope that Survivor’s takes the steps necessary to improve their service.

This place was just okay. Kids liked the mac’n cheese, but that’s hard to mess up. I ordered a mojito only to find out that it lacked fresh mint. What kind of a mojito doesn’t have fresh mint? The food quality didn’t match the decent ambience. Was expecting more.

We were here a lot during our stay. We’d come up from the Wild WaterDome for a drink or two. Happy Hour is always a good time to come up! The drinks are delicious and whats on special changes. They have a full bar and full menu here. And the bartender was super friendly. He was there each day we were, so we’d chit chat. Last time we were here was when my husband proposed. The bartender noticed my ring, and asked us if we had any exciting news. When we told him we’d gotten engaged, he made us a special drink, on the house. I didn’t expect that. It was so nice of him. I love this place. It’s a great watering hole in the hotel! And the food is delicious!
