Good sandwich not great. Disorganized service and no visible mgmt. Called ahead for take out as we were in a rush. Arrived to see a long line. All customers in line were served including those who walked in after me before my phone order was made. I checked in several times to see if they forgot the call in and was told they were serving all inhouse customers first. By the time the line was gone they told me they were out of bread… all bread. A guy apologized about being short staffed and was really trying to make things work but it was a disaster. Took 45 minutes of waiting. This isn’t such a great sandwich that I’ll go back again. What a cluster!

Portions are very small. Sandwiches are over priced. I can get the same thing with larger portions at jimmy johns for $ 2 less per sandwich. Plus all the people making my sandwich were outside smoking before making our food. I watched to see if they washed there hands. They did not.

Sandwiches are quick and tasty with generous portions. High quality meat and cheese, fresh veggies, good mayo and bread. Employees are friendly and the dining area is spotless. Highhly recommend this place for a non-​greasy lunch or dinner.
Their motto of «You deserve a decent sandwich» is very modest. These sandwiches are better than decent.

I have to say I’m a huge sandwich guy. But it’s gotta be good, made fresh and to order. I also really like a fresh selection and a clean place. This Milios looks like it is brand new opened! It is super clean and very presentable! The staff was great. And to no surprise the fun woman behind the counter was the manager! Jenn is a great face and example of a fine establishment. She is friendly to the people that some in and has great selections of what to eat. She processed my order with ease and interacted with me and other customers inn a positive way while she did it! Normally I would say promote this person but she is the manager. I would suggest her for a regional trainer because she posses the attitude and personality to influence employees to be the face of their employer in a very positive way! Great job, Jenn! I will be back and will pass it to everyone this is the place to get a great meal and great interaction! Prost!
