Do not stay here! Very rude management. I’ve had better service and accommodation at camping resorts.

you can write a couple of fake reviews for your own business, and throw it up under your own business heading to try and save a sinking ship, but it still stinks. this place is hardly renovated. i know because i actually stayed here. it’s dirty. it’s falling apart. the pools are a mess. it’s got bugs. it’s not clean. i complained to the better business bureau because it was one of the worst and filthiest places i ever stayed with my family.
i wrote you a letter, prince, complaining about the stay, and telling you what a dump this place was and how terrible our stay was. you told me you were sorry and offered me a discount on my next stay. i appreciate it, and although there is no discount you could give me to get to ever set foot back in the chippewa, you have the audacity to come on Unilocal and give yourself five stars? really? you think your motel is a five star stay? surely you have had the ability in your lifetime to stay in some really nice hotels… and the chippewa ranks up there with those?

i hope i never stay in those five star hotels… because i’ve stayed in some two star hotels that did not have roaches… or dirty rooms… or stains on the linens… or broken windows… or pools that didn’t operate… or feces smashed into the carpet… or dirty diapers left in the rooms from the last occupants… i could go on, but i won’t.
bottom line is, i understand that all business owners want their businesses to do well, but don’t claim something that isn’t true. this business is NOT renovated. i have stayed here in years passed, and it is, in fact, in WORSE shape NOW than it was then. you can’t claim it’s renovated when it isn’t. if it’s under repair, great. say that. but to claim it is «new and improved» — that’s dishonest. it’s an absolute mess, and that’s the closest thing to the truth. i have never seen so many dissatisfied customers at one motel in one week in my whole life than i did in the week i was at your motel.

Located about 4 blocks from the end of downtown (still an easy walk from the bars completely hammered)
Has very nice indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor pool was small and only like 5 feet deep, not really a fan.
Staff is very friendly and the rooms are what you expect for a motel for this price.
You had to pay 25 cents for ice which was annoying.
3 stars partly because it said Mt Olympus Tickets included with stay but when we got there, they were just discounted tickets.
