AAA Platt’s Towing

I broke down while visiting Wisconsin Dells on a Sunday, I was able to get a hold of someone at Platts (I think the number is a cell phone number) and the person told me they would pick up my car early the next morning and take a look at it, I had to rent a car to leave to Chicago as I had to work the next day.
I called Platt’s Monday morning to check on the status, and the guy said he was busy, and to call him around lunch time, around 11:30 I called again, as now the gas station where my car broke down wanted to know when I was going to get my car out of their parking lot.
They person picked up, and just said «We are running late, we’ll pick up the car!» and hung up, his tone was rude, and demeaning.
I tried multiple times to call back and at this poing he just kept hanging up on my, or sending his cell straight to voicemail.
I had to call a different autoshop to come get my car, thank god they did.

Pulled off the HWY on the way to MN with wife and kids. They diagnosed my problem, locally sourced a part and had me on my way in less than 3 hours… Amazing service and customer service… Teddy is the man!
