An incredible place to practice! The small studio is gorgeous — great colors, décor, calming vibes, and impeccably designed bathroom feat a shower if you need to wash up. The classes (most of which are hot) are equally stellar — terrific sequencing from start to finish especially ones by the owner, Melanie who has a terrific presence that will make you feel right at home! The direction of the instructors is both nurturing and invigorating. You’ll feel stronger, more vibrant, and fuller in heart. Don’t be intimidated to try the hot classes if you’re new to them. You’ll feel great! Murielle offers classes that seem faster paced and more challenging so if you’re ready for that, try her. If not, start with someone else. Sharon offers a class that is great for beginners. You won’t regret stumbling in to this magical studio and you’ll want to go back as soon as you can!

What an amazing studio. And teacher. The owner, Melaine Burns, has done a wonderful job creating a soothing, comfortable, and inspiring space. I love the colors and the style. And Melaine’s classes make me feel like all the stress from the day/​week has melted off my body and out of my mind. Her teaching style is encouraging, gentle and fun — I love her sense of humor that infuses each class.
