Bought a Bosch dishwasher 10 days ago and it was finally delivered today. We paid for their instillation service which includes installing the new dishwasher and removing the old one. Before the installer started, I took him on a tour of my house for the best route to transport the dishwashers due to narrow hallways on the other route. He was nice but a little rough and did not followed my request. When he took the old dishwasher away he went through the narrow route and accidentally chipped the corner of my anniversary dinning table. When he installed the dishwasher he use a knife to tuck away the rubber flange on the side of the dishwasher causing multiple cuts along the plastic flange.
I don’t like to complain but I’m upset about what happens to my table. My husband had originally wanted to order the dishwasher from Greenville TV & Appliances because they have great services and I wish I had listened to him.
On the side note: This rating is based on the instillation and removal of the dishwasher resulting in damages of my property. In general, I would rate this store a high 4.
