This is how much I recommend Rebecca at Close Quarters Salon. I drive from Vacaville to Winters to get my hair cut. Consistency is what I’m looking for in a hair cut. For years I struggled with different hair stylist cutting my hair differently every time. With Rebecca, I walk in, get my hair washed, and then she cuts it without any further instruction from the first times she cut my hair. Located in a great location in downtown winters makes it easy to park. Very convenient to make an appointment or just drop in if I’m in the area.

To me, finding the right hair dresser is right up there with finding the right doctor. I need someone I can trust, a good listener, and someone who offers reliable advice. I found that with Rebecca about 5 years ago and will not go anywhere else. Her salon in Winters is cozy and professional. She is fabulous with kids’ haircuts/​styles, adult haircuts, and color. A+ service!
