The service is great. The food is great and the store is cleaner than most firehouse subs I’ve been to. Since I’ve travelled a lot for work, I have eaten at my share of them. Even in central florida, this one had a smaller and cozier feel, quick warm food, and significantly more well kept.

We usually go to our clermont firehouse (which is amazing, by the way) but today we were in Oviedo so we stopped at this one. When we walked in no one greeted us (like they do at most firehouses), the cashier was possibly the rudest person i have ever met. The food was good but with customer service like that there’s no way I’d EVER eat there again.

My family loves FireHouse, and the subs at this location didn’t disappoint. We left to go check out the pool place next door, and after a few minutes one of the employees literally ran into the pool store carrying my purse that I’d left back at the restaurant. Not even sure how he found us in there but I’m guessing it took some effort. Five stars for great food AND caring employees!

I love Firehouse subs. Decided to order at home to save time. Paid online so I could walk in and out without waiting. Sounded great. I live 10 minutes away, waited 10 minutes before I left and so I gave them 20 minutes to make my order. When I arrived there were no customers and 3 employees standing around. I told them I was here to pick up my order. They looked at the printed paper in front of them, then casually went to make my subs. Great. Online order FAIL. Not sure why 3 people standing around couldn’t decide to make my sandwiches before I got there. I used the time it took to write this review. 1 star for service, 5 stars for food = 3 stars.

Not too many people are crazy about firehouse subs, at least from what I hear, but overall it is a good place.
I like their sandwiches. The sandwich selection seems pretty good with a good variety of items within each sandwich. What I also like is that they are toasted and that seems to enhance the flavor versus a non-​toasted sandwich.
The service at this location is ok. The few times I have been here has been hit and miss. For the most part they get it right, once or twice though I order, and then asked again if I wanted certain items … hmmm … really?
This location is clean and well kept overall.

Nothing craves my sandwich hunger like Firehouse Subs. I’ve never really had any bad experiences at Firehouse, except I can usually count on it to take a bit longer for the order to be ready.
I always enjoy the «Welcome to Firehouse» shout out as I walk through the door. I’ve heard some awesome things about the meatball sub, although I’ve never had it myself. I always get the smoked turkey breast sub — YUMMY! Best part of Firehouse? The pickle on the side: o)
