Such a great store. The designers they carry are all wonderful and the customer service is consistently top notch. The accessories are so cute and the prices are so reasonable. must stop if you’re on park Ave!

Our company had given away a free makeover to one lucky winner. A professional makeover, from hair and nails to resume tips and social media. The last task in our day was a new wardrobe. We had a nice sized budget and decided to go to Winter Park to try out this shop. We walked in(five of us) and everything seemed ok. Our stylist picked out a couple items for our young winner(a recent college grad) and the woman behind the counter said«do you need a fitting room?» and our stylist said, «yes, but it’s for her» and gestured to the winner. I then chimed in and said, «Hi, how you doing, our company gave away a makeover and that’s our winner, so we’re going to be picking up some items!» We were all excited and everything seemed fine. Out of nowhere, the woman behind the counter said, «I’m closing, I’m actually closing If you need to do a photo shoot, email us, but we’re closed.» What? I said, «Oh no no, we’re just picking up a couple items for our winner and that’s all, no photo shoot, nothing else, we’re treating her.» She said«Sorry I’m closed.» Do you remember that scene in «Pretty Woman» where Julia Roberts gets judged by the shop owner — same exact thing. This was one of the top five rudest moments I have ever encountered. In life. If she offered the fitting room or if she said, «hey guys, I’m going to be closing down, are you free tomorrow, I open at 10AM» that would have been different. But she didn’t. Her cancerous energy made us all feel terrible, but we went across the street and spent our entire budget at that store.
