Viewed Local Media

Viewed Local Media is not the professional web design company they make themselves out to be. They promise a professional web site, design and content, in three weeks. 8 weeks later its nothing that we discussed and in fact looks like a cheap do it yourself site. I put $ 159.95 down then the other half is due upon completion. I wanted to move forward and make the site right but did not want to pay the remaining $ 159.95 for the trouble and time lost. They said $ 60 off is all they could do and the initial payment was non refundable. I received nothing in writing stating this, in fact when I signed up the guy said it was satisfaction guaranteed. I have written documentation stating what I wanted done with this site and it was not completed. I finally spoke with the owner, Don, and he said he would not help me out and that I was taking money from his employee’s by asking not to pay the remaining balance! I was STILL willing to pay the monthly fee! He told me to make a decision and hung up on me. I do NOT recommend anyone use this company. I may be the first Unilocal review but check out the bbb.

Horrible!
These people are a scam! I paid a set up fee and a few monthly payments and have yet to see a finished product. They do not respond to messages, and fail at communication. Actually after we paid the set up fee, they called 3 weeks later to try and get me to pay another set up fee (forgetting that they were already working with us!)
I have made multiple calls, emails, complaints and no actions are made on their part. Do not give them a cent of your money!!! Stay AWAY!
