The parking lot is a little small, but aside from that, nothing of particular to note at this location. Pretty much exactly what I expect when visiting Starbucks.

I visit Starbucks very frequently. I’ve been a gold member for about 4 years now. I used the mobile order feature yesterday. Got stuck in traffic, and when I finally arrived, my order was not ready. It was 8 o clock at night, not rush hour. I was slightly annoyed but I still love Starbucks.

This Starbucks is new so it’s clean & modern. I’ve always experienced the staff as friendly and helpful. Also it’s has a large seating area with plenty of tables inside and out.

Dope Starbucks, best one I found in Orlando so far. Plenty of seating outside and inside. The staff is friendly and coffee on point. Parking is limited, but they have drive thru. It’s clean and the environment is conducive to studying.

Great morning staff and they have Reserve Blends available! If you have not tried this blend you should… powerful more intense flavor notes than regular blends. Menu starts at top with lighter blends and as you go down list they intensify… aka strongest blend at the bottom!

I have to say when this location first opened it took a while to get its act together, but now it is my choice Starbucks out of 5 locations within a five mile radius. Barista Ben makes it a pleasure, whether he is dazzling us with his «foam art» or entertaining questions from little kids, he does it all with a smile. The location is harder to get to compared to it’s previous location, but worth the drive.

They have got to learn to pick up the pace if they’re going to be a drive through Starbucks. This location is very close to my house as was the other location which in my opinion they should not have closed. On numerous occasions at this new location I have waited 15 minutes in the drive-​through line to get my drink, this is just unacceptable at 7:30 in the morning on the way to work. So my suggestion is either better management on delegating where to put the staff or hiring/​training more staff that knows what they’re doing.

I was very disappointed with their customer service. I was happy the new location had a drive through, because it makes it more convenient. I was excited to try the birthday cake frapp but asked for regular whipped cream instead of the raspberry. When she fixed it she took it out & just added regular, thank goodness I’m not allergic or something. Then my frapp is liquid, it taste like straight milk & hazelnut. No ice to it. I will most likely not be returning to this location.

So many outlets and seats, inside and out! Wonderful lighting and ambience and a very friendly crew. Parking might not be amazing but I’ve never had a problem finding a spot and it’s the nicest, newest one in the area.

THREE stars for still no parking. Why did Starbucks move a half mile up the road to a space that had LESS parking than the old place? SERIOUSLY yes the drive thru is a nice addition, but i’d rather go in for my coffee and breakfast sandwich. :(
