I took two vintage rings in to have sized. I bought them used, so didn’t know the history, but they were knowledgable and were able to tell me the approximate age and that mediocre repair work had been done and showed me under a microscope, which they were also able to amend. Besides being knowledgeable, everyone was very friendly. My rings were returned quickly, polished and ready to go. It is a nice place, with a butterfly garden at the entrance and it is nice to support a family business. Prices were very fair.

Such amazing customer service. Definitely recommend for any jewelry needs you may have. They changed my watch battery so quickly. Plus they have some gorgeous jewelry! Will definitely be back. Great place.

Very nice merchandise, as well as helpful staff. I bought an onyx necklace on a sterling silver chain for my daughter and now, we both like it so much that we fight over who gets to wear it. Great place for some unusual jewelry as well.

Great third generation, family owned jewelry store. I went here for an appraisal of an engagement ring and they were super nice and helpful with explaining the cut and color. I used an old family diamond and he was very well versed in the style of cut and gave us some interesting facts about how they use to cut diamonds and that it would look better in low lit light, like candle light, and it does. They were a lot cheaper than any other international place or other jeweler was for a simple appraisal that takes a few minutes to do.
I like the fact instead of being a pushy sales person he showed his knowledge about the products and encouraged us to come back when new items arrived. I will be going back to look for wedding bands and future jewelry purchases.

These people SAVED me! I was literally 7 days away from having the glasses I’d order arriving when my current pair broke! I was blind and three of the optometrists I’d called were completely unable to help without charging me a whole new exam fee plus the cost of temp glasses or contacts… Thankfully someone recommended Monarch. The team there was so nice — they not only quickly fixed my glasses but the got the lens back in, cleaned them, and their prices were beyond reasonable!
While waiting for my glasses to be repaired my partner was admiring the beautiful jewelry and custom pieces. We will definitely be using Monarch in the future and not just when I break my glasses.

Very friendly jewelers. Saw what I needed and went over the options on replacing a catch for my chain. Granted the price of gold is astronomical but they were very reasonable for the price of the part and the labor. They were also able to get it turned around in just a couple of hours.
