L’Occitane En Provence

Wonderful customer service and staff!!! Went there with my aunts and mother. They showed and demonstrated their top products and answered questions. We left with several items including an oil soap that foams into a rich larger that is great for moisturizing and shaving your legs. My daughter picked out a rose perfume balm in a small tin and she wears it everyday.

I’m a guy writing about a lotion and potion shop, so I will keep this brief. L’Occitane does skin care and beauty products that are natural, high-​quality, and seemingly socially conscious.
They have a small line of stuff for men. I’ve used their L’Occitan (lavender with a slight black pepper overtone) aftershave and cologne for years as my go-​to, and it is a simple, clean, but uncommon fragrance. Their shea bathsoaps are great as well.
This boutique location is small but helpful. They have great service and are more conveniently located than the mall stores on the south end of town. It feels like stepping into the south of France, even if just for a moment.

Sensory overload… in a GREAT WAY!
Was just recently introduced to this lovely shop that is new to Park Ave. When I walked in I was immediately taken back by the fabulous scents and exceptional branding. Stimulating in various ways!
L’Occitane offers high quality beauty products and fragrances, developed following the principles of phytotherapy and aromatherapy. Phytotherapy is the study of the use of extracts of natural origin as medicines or health-​promoting agents. They use high-​quality, traceable, natural ingredients. We use over 200 botanical ingredients, a quarter of them organic certified.
Why I am bringing this up specifically in my review is because this shines through with all of their products but I also have to say about their service I experienced in this shop as well. We were chatting with the lady working along with 2 other guests the entire time we were in there, we had a blast! But, what really stood out was when I asked her about a specific concern of mine that I was facing. My neck was broken out in an itchy rash and I approached her on which products to buy that may help. She said she had personally dealt with that so she knew that rose water was the best option and to grab it at Chamberlins — YES! They didn’t even carry it nor did she try and up sell something there. LOVED that honesty and customer service.

I was drawn to the Lavender instantly. This is their «flagship» flower as well as it’s one of the first flowers distilled from the founder. The lavender is sourced from farmers’ cooperatives in Haute-​Provence. I went for the hand cream and pillow mist which, I am pretty sure is changing my life in a lovely, relaxing way. I know it sounds so «winter park» to buy pillow mist but it really does set the relaxation mood when going to bed.
Was also on the hunt for a new fragrance and I was attracted to the Cherry Blossom and it’s lovely. Not sure it stays very long but it’s a lovely smell.
Also, the men’s cologne… OMG! SO GOOD!
