I had an appointment schedule for one of my tenants’ house to have insulation installed, made an appointment for 5/31, however my tenant couldn’t be there so I called Gale to reschedule. A lady named Bonnie changed my appointment to 6⁄4(Monday) between 8 and 9 am, I repeated the new appointment back to her just to confirm, then I informed my tenant the new appointment time. Comes to Monday at 10:30 am, my tenant notified me that the guy never showed up from Gale. I called them, Bonnie picked up phone again. I told her exactly what happened, she said ”Let me look at my notes”. After that, she was just repeating herself ”I don’t see your appointment anywhere, or any notes in my book”. There was NEVER an apology, nothing, all she was doing just trying to defend herself. Professionalism? Obviously this lady needs to be trained in customer service. Punctuality? That is just out of the picture. Quality Assurance failed right before the service takes off. After hearing her saying ”I don’t see it anywhere” couple times, I just told her that I will look for another company. Stay away from this company, your time needs to be respected.
