Florida Pulmonary Consultants & Sleep Disorder Center

I was referred to this doctor by my primary care physician under the assumption they were in network. I came to find out they were not. When I popped a cork and starting freaking out over a very large bill Florida Pulmonary Consultants and Sleep Disorder Center was very patient and professional and made everything right.
That being said I did wait in the lobby for over NINETY (90) MINUTES PAST my scheduled appointment time. Not one time did anyone say «Hey we are running late» or «we will be right with you». Nothing. I just watched people come in after me and then leave before I even got in. So that was very disappointing.
With a little brush up on customer service for the front desk I think this could easily be a five star office.
