Service agreement was for back yard fleas. Initial charge $ 65 plus $ 40 every other month first treatment 1÷10÷14 fleas were back second treatment ¹⁄₁₄ fleas came back third treatment ¹⁄₂₂ fleas came back I treat the house with one shot 36.8% permethrin plus IGR NyGuard there are no fleas in my house. My dogs go out of the house flea free come back with fleas all over them. This is very disruptive to us. I talked To the manager Kevin Koehler after the second treatment he tells me the sales consultant made a mistake he should have charged me a lot more money to be able to control the fleas in your back yard. I should have been offered a full refund at that time. He tells me they will come back out in a couple of days for third treatment so third treatment was done on ¹⁄₂₂ fleas are back on ¹⁄₂₉ I spoke with Kevin Koehler on ¹⁄₃₀ he tells me ill come over next Monday ²⁄₃ and if fleas jump all over me ill refund your money so ill just have to live with the fleas for 5 days or so. Fleas jumping all over us when we walk in the fenced in back yard was not ever the issue Fleas getting on our dogs was the issue. This is Totally Unacceptable to us We want a full refund. Very unprofessional they do not honor there Guarantee.
