So I bought their groupon for a two day ski pass and was so impressed with how quickly I was fitted and the high quality of the equipment. I chose to upgrade to performance and everything worked out great. unfortunately our flight was cancelled due to a snowstorm so we had to leave a day early and miss out on day two of our groupon. Fortunately, the guys were super understanding and said we could come back to use the second day at any time. Wonderful customer service and true hospitality.

By far the best bike store in the Winter park/​Fraser area.
Alex and Steve are the nicest people you could meet, attention to details like I have not seen in a very long time.
There is always such a relaxed atmosphere with these two, very personable and very accommodating .
My only regret is that I have not met them earlier in the biking season but for
the next season I know exactly which is my bike shop !

I was shocked at the lower rating here. We rented for three people. Our equipment was good and our experience was wonderful. We told them when we went in that we didn’t know how many days we would be skiing and they said, ‘Just tell us when you bring them back,’ They switched out my boots after the first day for a more comfortable pair. Got a discount AND kept the boots for the week and true to their word they only charged for the 2 days we skied.
Highly recommend for friendly service!

Too bad zero stars isn’t an option. This is the absolute worst place I’ve ever rented from. The equipment was in terrible condition. We realized when we got out in the mountain that the bindings were set incorrectly and one of the binding toe holds was broken. We ended up renting equipment on the mountain so my son could at least ski safely. Refund? Forget about it. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

Great service even though we were last minute close to closing and then had to go in the next day and make some changes after skiing once we needed some longer skis.
They were very accommodating and I will be using them again for sure. Recommended!

We stopped here because it’s the first place you come across on the way up US 40 from Denver and we were eager to get to the mountain. Not so eager that we wanted to pay mountain prices, though. Well, it turns out that Beaver’s Sport Shop will try to rip you off with mountain prices unless you threaten not to rent with them.
I suppose this probably works with a lot of tourists with a lot of money, but it’s not great business practice. I’m a fan of standard, posted prices, so you don’t feel as though you’re being taken for a ride. We told them that Breeze’s rates start at $ 12.99 so we’d go there instead and suddenly there was a new class of ski they hadn’t told us about that was less than half of the original price we were quoted for the Performance package. They even reduced the performance package price to $ 25/​day.
So, make sure to negotiate and know comparable rates around town, and you’ll get a good deal here.

We rented our snowboards/​boots here, and got a great deal (40% off) through the Northwestern Alumni Association group that we were traveling with. 4 days of rentals were just under $ 100! The staff here were super friendly and nice, and it was conveniently located right across the Beaver Village condos (where we stayed). They also sell neck warmers here for $ 10, and decent goggles for $ 25. not overpriced at all.
