Subway

You really need to educate your employees about the Chicken Bacon Ranch sub. I inform them as they’re making it that it COMES WITH extra cheese, yet they always try to charge me for it at the register!

I’ve been going to this Subway for many years, even dating back to their original location in the strip mall next door to their current location. I’ve been a Subway fan for most of my life, they make a great product and are very good at advertising their sandwiches. I’ve been to many different locations all around the central Florida area, this one is the best you’ll find, hands down. There are some restaurants in their chain that won’t really wow anyone, I’ve been to at least 3 that are downright disgusting in my time, but the crew here seems to take pride in their shop.
I placed an online order (my preferred method these days) for my family. As always, they had everything ready to go before we pulled up, which is great when you’re in a rush with a 3 year old in your car and a massive storm on the way. The wife and I had Ham and double cheese (American and Provolone) foot long subs on Italian Herb and Cheese bread, toasted. We had lettuce, pickles, mayo, mustard, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar on our sandwiches. My daughter had a turkey kids pak with apple slices and chocolate milk. The order had been for strawberry milk, but this location doesn’t stock the strawberry so we just swapped it for chocolate.
Even one item not being available from our selections wasn’t enough to make this a bad visit, as the sandwiches were perfectly made and toasted to the correct level. They weren’t burnt (as I’ve had many times in the past), but they weren’t plain either. I had requested lite lettuce and extra pickles, they didn’t miss a beat and nailed it perfectly on these special requests. My daughters Kid’s Pak sandwich was apparently so well done that she ate the entire thing. This is a 3 year old who will take a couple bites out of everything on her dinner plate usually and then say «I’m not hungry anymore,» not on this occasion. Typically I have to tell her to keep eating, tonight she started and the next time I looked the entire sandwich was gone.
Once again, this location nailed everything on the order to a tee. I love this shop, and the crew working here has always been first class all the way. There was a point that I showed up so often they literally recited my exact order to me as I walked in the door. People talk about wanting a place to be like the bar on Cheers, where everybody knows your name, this Subway has THAT feel every single time you walk through the door. I’ve been going here for years and I’ll continue to offer my business to them for years to come.
