Really like this publix, unhappy with the online ordering. It is easy and quick, but everytime I order a sub online for pick up, it’s wrong. It has been missing veggies before, bacon this time. Of course I don’t ever know until I’m home, and by that time I don’t want to drive back.
Also, for Thanksgiving I got a pecan pie from the bakery that ended up being uncooked. It looks like they topped it with the pecans and cooked for 10 minutes. Had to cook it 45 min.
That being said, very clean, good service. I love Publix subs (and their hangover cure magic) so I wish they would take more care when preparing online orders.

This Publix is great, always clean and the staff is friendly. Ordering subs and deli meat online for pick up is a great new feature.

Publix is my favorite chain and I love the one on Hinson. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The deli subs are better than any sandwich chain.

The only thing bad I have to say about this Publix is that the parking lot is poorly designed & can be a little hairy. Besides that, Publix has the best made-​to-​order subs in town, and the second best ready-​to-​eat fried chicken in town (only Popeye’s is better). Publix has average to above-​average grocery prices, but their buy-​one-​get-​one-​free specials often make up for that. I LOVE PUBLIX!

Like most Publix in the State of Florida, this one is great. It is clean, organized, with friendly service personnel.
Three of my favorite things about this location:
1. Bathrooms are SUPER CLEAN.
2. They ALWAYS have Terra Mediterranean Vegetable Chips
3. There is never a long line at the Deli, always several people back there ready to help out the customer.
On a side note:
If you get the Turkey Cobb Salad from the Deli, it DOES NOT come with Salad Dressing, only a small package of guacamole.

The parking lot of this particular Publix store has seen more party action and outlived the vast majority of bars that ever opened in Winter Haven. That said, this is the most excited I’ve ever gotten over a grocery chain. Great butcher’s department and fresh fruit. Much better than Jewel (gag) or Dominix (barf) up in Chicago/​the midwest. Why does the meat packing hub of the universe have such poor meat? I guess that’s a rhetorical question.
