This review is based on my treatment from Mrs. Dumont. I picked up my daughter’s registration form yesterday and she was very rude to my daughter by telling her she was almost kicked out because the forms hadn’t been turned in. I just turned in the registration forms a few minutes ago and she was still rude. She asked me if my daughter knew her student ID. I said no(only because I forgot to tell my daughter to fill those portions out) and she then told me that yes she does know because they have to log into their student computer programs with their ID numbers. She was very snide in the delivery of her comments. Mrs. Dumont really needs to work or her customer service skills and pleasantries. I’ll update the review when my daughter begins here. I’m going by first impressions, which are very important. At least Mrs. Dumont is consistent with her rudeness.
