Eye Express

I bought a pair of glasses in June of 2015 from Eye Express in Winter Haven. I gently used them, I would take them from the hard case I put them in, wear them for a bit while watching a movie, working on my computer, etc., and then return them to the hard case. One day in August I took out the glasses, unfolded them and noticed a thin crack or deep scratch on the lens (I have never dropped or bent them). I was frustrated but since I don’t use them unless I need them, I decided not to take them back because I didn’t want to go without glasses while waiting for the lens to be repaired.
I have continued to use the pair with the crack in them until today, October 1, 2015 when I went to pick up my glasses from the case and the arm literally fell apart. It didn’t come unscrewed it broke off causing me to drop the glasses on the floor and scratch the lenses in multiple places. I am now just outside their 90 day warranty and have a paper weight instead of a pair of glasses.
