Bistro 326 Pizza

Spot on! After a long day at Legoland, we found this gem and decided to try it based on glowing reviews. Couldn’t have picked a better spot. Great ambiance, décor and food was fantastic. If we’re ever back in the area, it’s a sure stop!

I like to add an overall star rating to all of my reviews with a star rating for each individual item.
I saw all of the 5 star reviews so I had to give this place a try. We ordered take out and spent $ 27 on Garlic Knots, a small Caeser salad and a 16 inch pizza. The person on the phone wasn’t friendly, but not rude either. I placed the order and when I ordered the garlic knots the person on the phone stated they just added alfredo to the menu and asked if I would like a side to dip the garlic knots in, I said sure, they said the order would be ready in 10 – 15 minutes. It was ready when we arrived and were in and out in less than 5 minutes.
Ill start with the garlic knots:
They looked amazing, but are very hard, maybe overcooked (even though the order only took 15 minutes). The flavor was okay, but not very strong. Definitely buttery tasting. I would give them 3 stars. The alfredo sauce was runny and had a very sour taste to it. I did not like it.
My wife had the small caeser salad and said it was really good. She says it was a 4 out of 5 stars.
The pizza was a real disappointment. We ordered the «16 inch pizza pepperoni» I have to say, Im still trying to understand if there was anything I liked about it. The crust tastes different than any other type of pizza crust I have eaten, it was firm and chewy. It tasted like butter (I think that is the flavor I detected). The sauce did not stand out and was not very flavorful. Cheese was a good consistency. Pepperoni did not have a strong flavor to it. Im just very confused, it wasn’t like any New York Pizza Ive ever had (or authentic Italian pizza). I would give the pizza a 2 ½ stars. I think Florindinos pizza is better.
Im not a business basher and hate to be the first person to post a less than 5 star rating, but the food was not 5 stars.

Absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants if not the best! Great food for a great price! Everytime we are in the area we have to eat there! We love it!

We decided to try this place out because we had a taste for pizza. Being from Chicago we have pretty high standards for pizza. We started off our meal with the highly recommended garlic knots! Those were amazing! The pizza and Stromboli were delicious as well! We will make sure to come back here the next time we are in town!

I’ve been here a few times already and it’s definitely never a disappointment. Always great pizza — simple cheese pizza is just so perfect! Can’t wait to be back for another visit… Another reason to visit some friends as well :)

Wife and I have been here several times. Bistro 326 is owned and operated by Arabella Restaurant 2 doors down. Arabella’s is an amazing place. Upscale, class, great food and service. The food in Bistro 326 is very good as well. We have had the pizza and calzone. Both were very very good. Sauce is delicious. It’s a small place but very NY pizza style. Clean and good service. We will go back often.

Nice little restaurant pizza was really good and there had a lot of choice on menu will defiantly go again good prices too

This is a great place to come for a fabulous pizza!!! Salads were fresh and the beer was cold. Service was attentive and we never waited for anything. Server had fantastic timing with each course. I cannot wait to return!!!

Decided to give this place a try. We almost left as our server forgot we were her table… But she apologized so we decided to stay. We started with side salads, which were good. Not my favorite Caesar salad, but good. The pizza though was delicious! Mmmmm so good. Probably the best pizza I’ve had in a while!

First time I went here I had to look around to see if I had suddenly been transported to a street café in New York City. One of the best pizzas I have ever had. It’s a very small, boutique type restaurant so it feels very intimate. Very nice ambiance with the wood burning pizza oven right behind the counter.
