My friends and I stopped in at a slow time, but we were still in there for 1 ½ hours. Almost 20 minutes of that was them finding a table for us. While we waited another male server came to the front and said angrily, «DON’T give me anymore tables». That made us all a little uncomfortable.
The booth at the far end on the left in the bar was not just dirty with a dirty table and seats, but there’s a terrible odor in that corner, it smells like a dirty carpet or spill.
The deep dish pizza with chunky tomato sauce was them just opening a can of diced tomatoes and throwing them on with some of the canned liquid. The chicken bites were over-cooked, but we were all so hungry at that point of a long wait we ate most of them anyway. Our server Will was the only refreshing part of the visit, but he wasn’t the cook and could only do so much.

This place is great the food was tasty it was very busy and the food managed to only take 20 minutes to get to us. We had Willam C as our server he was greet we never had to ask for a refill or to have plates removed

Not a busy Sunday evening. Still took the waitress many minutes to greet us. We took advantage of her presence to submit our entire order. I had a bbq chicken flatbread. The flatbread was good but minimal chicken and even less bbq sauce. At least the $ 5 20 ounce Blue Moon draft was good. Not the best even for them.

Love this place! Food is always fresh and staff is always friendly! Their takeout deals are awesome. Tonight, are server Will, went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed everything. Definitely recommend! Definitely recommend the Farmers market deep dish!

My husband was craving some pizza, and we’d lived in the area for awhile without taking a trip to Uno. We ended up here on a weeknight around 8 PM. Keeping in mind that this is a chain, my expectations weren’t that high.
We were seated after a few minutes, but our server didn’t show up for another five minutes. It might be because she had a large table of ten who were celebrating a birthday. No big deal. We were busy browsing the menu. We ended up getting the Numero Uno pizza to split. I got a Caesar salad as an appetizer. It didn’t take that long for our pizza to arrive. Our server served us our first slices, and the race to finish the pie began. I never made it to the finish line because I needed a box to take my leftovers to go.
If we’re hankering for some deep dish, I’ll keep UNOs in mind.

Totally not biased buuuuut I could live off Uno’s flatbreads for days ;) if you like mixing it up, try the pesto flatbread on 5 grain with a side of chunky marinara for dipping! So good!

I ordered the salmon which wasb½ raw. I sent it back and then it was over cooked. Broccoli was cold. I would go there again but not for fish. The bartender was great. Not his fault at all.

I’m not sure why asking for a BBQ chicken pizza is a challenge when I ask for it. I always ask for it, but servers look puzzled when I do. On the menu you will find a BBQ chicken flatbread. I like it as a deep dish, simple as that. It is perfect with the BBQ sauce drizzle. Ask for BBQ sauce on the side, and it is perfect. I love everything about it. The amount of cheese is more than others, but not as much as other Chicago style deep dish pizza. The crust is very flavorful. It is a must try if you have not.
Our server was often M.I.A., & didn’t even come back until we were almost finished. Just getting our drinks even took forever.
The pizza made up for everything. We were happy, and my mom was happy with her chicken wings.
Therefore 3.5 stars!

We walked in and the waitress at the front door looked horrified that we would do such a thing, horrible customer service. We were seated and figured should be ok since the server was nice. Ordered steak (medium) and shrimp pasta. Steak arrived somewhat cold and rare rather than the medium I ordered and the hubby had the shrimp pasta. Poor hubby spent all night in the bathroom due to food poisoning. Will not recommend this place to anyone! Our last visit here.

The atmosphere here is nice. It seems like an ok place to come enjoy the game on TV with friends while having a good variety of food and drinks. For an appetizer, we had the mozarella sticks with guac and marinara. Not a bad choice. I ordered the chicken parm which was a good portion but I wasn’t impressed with the marinara. It was a little bland. I think a sauce with more garlic or something like andoulile-based sauce would knock it out of the park. I also ordered a cosmo which was loaded with vodka. It needed more cranberry juice in it but I won’t complain about a stout cocktail. Our service was a little slow and my counterparts build to order pizza was missing ingredients. All negatives aside, it’s still a nice place for casual dining.

I would give UNO’s a higher rating if the bar tender had any kind of customer service. Last Friday a friend and I came here to catch up after work. We ordered our drinks and a few appetizers. The food was delicious. But the lady bar tending was a complete waste of time. She never checked up on how we were doing. I asked her twice for a side of ranch (since we orders wings). She never brought us any. She left and a man took over… think his name was Eric… or his sons name was Eric not sure. But he was great. He made sure we were ok and by this time the food was cold so we didn’t bother asking him for anything else. We paid our check and left.
But over all the experience was pleasant. I would return to try the pizza and hopefully she will not be waiting on us.

Really good. So, I always like to get a little extra pizza to bring home and have for lunch or dinner later. The Uno pizza tends to heat up pretty well (put in the oven and not in the microwave as it will become either doughy or really hard like a rock). The pizza when fresh is ok. The sauce is rather bland, and the crust itself is rather doughy. The service here was pretty good and she did a decent job of keeping drinks full, and coming by check on us. All in all it is ok, and without having to get too creative, was an ok pizza. I am sure there are better pizza’s around here, but it is ok for a chain. Not nearly as greasy as Pizza Hut and not nearly as gross as something like Papa Johns. By the way, the Pretzel sticks are a waste of money, and the supposed cheese dip tasted weird like Peanut butter. Totally unexpected (and not in a good way).

I really wish I could love (or at least really like) this place since I love pizza and its nearby, but after a few visits I just don’t see myself returning on a consistent basis.
They do have various entrees, however, their pizza is pretty much the only reason to dine here. Now although I have enjoyed their pizzas, I have a hard time believing that they offer great value at their price point. Tonight my gf and I ordered the Deep Dish Farmers Market: 9 Grain crust topped with caramelized onions, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, eggplant, pesto, feta, and mozzarella. It was a tasty pizza with a great crust, although I wish there was a bit more pesto.
We had good service tonight; my tea was refilled several times and she was friendly throughout the meal. Would I come back? Sure, but it will never become one of our go-to spots.

About a month ago we walked into this restaurant and waited 15 minutes at the front. A young lady finally appeared, said she had to get a table ready (it was empty) and never came back in the additional 10 minutes. We left.
Today we tried it again, hoping it was just a bad day last time. It was 11:00. There was another family standing there as well. No one ever came to the front. The lady in the other family even walked in a ways and called out. Still no one came.
2 strikes for me. I will never try to patronize this place again. I only have the one star to pay my review. 0 stars is what is deserved

Late night supper. Lobster rolls are back and they do them surprisingly well here. Of course deep dish pies are wonderful. The service at this location is always friendly and attentive. And, as Billy Joel sand, «John at the bar is a friend of mine.”(no drinks for free though since I am not the piano man.). Tonight I am having some French Onion soup — very good, and the shrimp & lobster scampi. Lobster roll to go for lunch tomorrow.

I ordered take out because the deals for Pizza takeout are great. When I got home with my 2 pizzas I weighed them and they were over 6lbs. These are very deep dish. I tried the nuovo italiano deep dish on the nine-grain and it was really good. The nine-grain crust is unique and not like your typical deep dish pizza dough. Highly recommended in addition to looking at the specials online if you are interested in takeout.
