I’ve been going to 6 Levels for almost 3 years now. I get bored very easily, but this place has kept my interest with the work outs changing with every single visit. The owners are amazing as well as the coaching staff. The personal training is top notch. I never know what will happen with every session. I’ve learned that I really enjoy boxing… A lot. They cater to children too. Always doing after school activities and summer camp programs. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to change their lives for the better. Great for beginners as well as the most fitness forward.

I’ve literally been putting off this well deserved review because words can’t begin to express how amazing this place it. My son has been training here for over 6 months under the supervision of the most qualified BJJ black belts in the central Florida area and his transformations have been nothing short of extraordinary. I truly believe that the gains my 5 year old son has made in self confidence, athleticism, coordination, and self defense all stem from the positive reinforcement that the coaching staff at 6 Levels exhibits every time he trains. As well, the curriculum is always engaging and fun for the kids and the supervision is top notch during sparing sessions. This gym is truly a hidden «gem» in Winter Garden and I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you so much to Jon, Jamie, Ryan, Ray, Baron, and the rest of the coaching staff at 6 Levels for making us part of your MMA family.
