Just spent 15 minutes wandering around power tools where I encountered three male employees. Not one asked to help me and only one even made eye contact. When I left, they were standing there talking to each other. Bye, guys! Off to Home Depot.

Service staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I go here for all my garden veggies and herbs and they always have a wide selection of products/supplies to pick from. I come in with my German Shepherd and the staff never seems to mind me shopping with her by my side. Would definitely recommend coming in for basic necessities/basic repairs for your home!

I’m a Home Depot guy so I only go here by default since this store is close to me. They don’t have the amount of items that Home Depot has but the staff is nice and friendly.

The best person to go to for help at this store is Joe H. He is helpful and knowledgable about any house project. From cleaning out tile grout to power washing out driveway, we go to Joe for help. He has never steered us wrong. He helps us get the best price and gives advice. If Joe H. wasn’t there, I would not give this place as high of a review. The other nice thing is that the place is clean and very organized.

No sure what is there to hate about lowes to be worth a low start review!!! It’s pretty much a self serve store for all your home improvement needs, and if you get stuck or need help, then press the help button and somebody shows up eventually. This location is conveniently located at the winter garden village«WGV» at the fowler grove plaza, that being said, every time something goes wrong at the house, a little fix me up is quickly taken care of.

Employees are not very helpful and no one seems to know what they are doing. I ended up just telling the employee(Laura L) to forget it and left after she gave me attitude. It’s hard to get good help and the Ocoee location is no better.

No stars here. Don’t do business here. A month ago we ordered carpet. It’s still not here in spite of numerous promises, lies and postponements. We had an install date for this morning and were told that it was delivered to the installer last week. Now we are being told that it was never delivered. This is after two week of other excuses and promises of 2 days. You cannot believe anything that they tell you. Several weeks ago I was ignored at the paint department. Yes ignored. This just isn’t a good place to spend your money.

I’m not sure what has happened with the staff here recently but not many people seem very informed. I ask for something and they send me to the opposite end of the store, then I get there and they send me somewhere else. Eventually I’ll find someone who is willing to personally show me or knows but I wish they would tell their employees if they don’t know the answer to something to either just tell the customer that they don’t know or to pick up the phone and call someone who might, instead of sending the customer on a useless treasure hunt.

I love Lowes but this experience purchasing a major appliances and having them install it has been so aggravating. All the way from choosing the cooktop to delivery and install has just required too many visits here, too many instances where I was not advised as to what I need to do. It’s very surprising because in my mind once you make a purchase of this size and request installation I thought all I had to do was be home for the install. I was told two days after purchase I would receive a call from the installer to come and measure the existing cooktop and cut out. This happened 4 days later. Miscommunication and a series of lack of understanding of their own procedures made this process of a simple measure take 5 days. The cook top was purchased almost three weeks prior again and it just arrived to the store. I had to call every day to see if it had came and eventually someone told me it came yet no one called to tell me or set up an install. All contact with the store was initiated by me. Well LOWE and behold to cooktop was installed 6 weeks after purchase and it was a nice purchase it came out beautifully but never again. This was too aggravating.

Lowe’s is a man mall with everything you might need. I can spend at least an hour grazing up and down each isle. I always look for scratch and dent specials and barter with the manager for a little better discount. The garden center is always well stocked with sales people that are very knowledgeable. I don’t think there is anything I can’t find for my needs.

Instead of the hassle of entering the store, searching for certain items and not receiving any assistance I order my items online and do a store pick-up. If I have any questions concerning a product I will have the powers of google at my finger tips. I park, walk up to customer service, provide my phone number and driver’s license and BOOM shopping complete. Maybe one day Lowe’s will include a drive through option and load everything into my car for me. =)
