Two Men and a Truck

I highly recommend using 2 men and a truck. All of my furniture was padded and wrapped inside my home and loaded probably. I didnt have to worry if my belongings would get damaged, which made my day alot less stressful! Movers were very respectful and worked consistenly. Thanks Christian and Johnathan! You guys were awesome.

This move was awesome. They took great care of my antiques, wrapping and carrying and securing them on the truck. Very polite.

We used them this past week to move from Mooresville, to Southport and I am extremely dis-​satisfied with them. They were late the first morning and noone called to tell us, then the guys complained the whole time about the heat, almost dropped our TV, then left with our stuff once it got loaded and did not even leave us a contact # or time to expect them the next day. The next day we got up early and waited at house till they decided to get up and have their breakfast to show up about 1030! I had to call the co to find out when they would show up. Then they rushed our stuff in, complaining again, and scratched our floors, then proceeded to cover them with a pen and down play it to us when we pointed it out. They also rushed off with some of our items and so far we only know one has been found. I am trying to get them to cover the scratches they put in our new floors and so far have gotten nowhere with them! I am so mad we paid so much money for this sorry service! Do not use these guys! The only bright person I dealt with was Matt who works for the office and he has been apologetic and tried to help me with our issues, but so far I do not think he has been successful as I am sure this co will fight me tooth and nail to cover what should be under their guarantee!

Pick a different moving company! This company sent movers who insisted on rescheduling my move to fit their day. The three teenagers then proceeded to drag a box spring and antique trunk across my apartment complex parking lot. They told me if I wanted my items moved with more care to «move the items myself.» I called management to let them know how poor the customer service was. Management told me there was nothing they could do since they already sent an «extra» mover (3 teenagers instead of 2) for free. I had never agreed to an extra mover. This company was HORRENDOUS.
