Received OUTSTANDING care from Mary-Ann for my sprained ankle on day 8 after my initial pain had subsided. This physical therapist was smart, friendly, experienced and up-to date, caring and professional. She’s basically the best kind of person– one who helps people constantly and does a darn good job at it. My schedule was super tight and I was in a bind so she volunteered her lunch hour to give me a full exam. True story. Since my healthcare was going to be 100% out of pocket she negotiated a significantly reduced and very fair rate for both of us and avoided some of the drawbacks of my particular health insurance coverage. Price is always important, but for the quality of care more than anything is why I am so satisfied My appointment included an extremely thorough exam, electro-stimulation, and education. I left wearing a very high-end stabilization«tape» along my entire leg as well as a detailed plan of action to continue the rehab on my own. Each of the exercises was customized to the injury she diagnosed in during my exam. I also have a life-line in case I need any follow up and she assured me that phone calls are free :) The moral of the story is that I busted my hoof and took care of it for the first few days as best I could. Then when I needed a pro to feel around and check all the moving parts I worked outside of my health insurance and went right to the specialist. I could have gone to the primary care physician but this plan was downright better. Be smart! Take care of injuries and invest the time and energy on the early side. Actually, don’t get injured in the first place but just in case lookup Mary-Ann
