This place is very unpredictable like a lot of places downtown. Privately owned… Open when they want to… Not good business if you ask me… You can show up one night and they’re open and another night they’re closed… Very disappointing!!!

Fantastic place to go dancing and take classes! Great music and friendly, decent people! Not slimy like some nighclubs; good folks come here! Fun place to go!

Unforunately, I don’t venture into Winston Salem much — but if I do it’s usually going to Therapy. I attended an all-​white party there recently, and it was my first Saturday night visit.
The crowd was mature, and dressed for the event. (all white — some people don’t know!?) The drinks are moderately priced, and seem pretty normal as far as night clubs go.
** On Wednesdays — they have Salsa night. The lessons begin at 8pm, and if you are new to salsa you may want to go early. Everyone is VERY friendly, and there are all skill levels of dancing.
It’s very fun, and the cardio is a given !! I would recommend this bar/​club if you are looking for a cool, good time !

Really nice place in the heart of downtown Winston-​Salem. Come join the fun! Karaōke on Tuesdays with the best bartender in the Triad, Todd. Weekends music varies from hiphop, top 40’s and techno depending in the crowd or event. This is the place to go if you like to dance. very large open place. And the bathrooms are always extra clean!!!
