Starbucks

They make the best black and white mocha’s around Winston Salem. I love going to this place, the staff are courteous, even when they are extremely busy.

I am completely unimpressed and disappointed.
I specifically asked the girl to load $ 12 from my $ 20 onto my card. She also said she didn’t have any balking but we could go inside to get the ones in the front for our sandwiches…
When I asked for my $ 8 when she was rushing me off… She said oops I loaded all of it. She was completely unaware of what was going on. She said sorry but didn’t try to remedy the situation or give me my money back. And then went on to talk me out of getting my money back because she would have to void it etc. since I asked for it back. We were on a time crunch to meet our ferry and her two minutes of talk me out of getting my money back had us end up driving away.
This is exactly what is wrong with businesses and people nowadays. They have no care at how their actions affect us. That’s extra $ 8 was vital to our budget for our gas on the trip.
I am sick and tired of horrible service experience at Starbucks. I will drive out of my way to visit a local coffee shop or gas station for it from now on!!!

Best Starbucks to go to. Love it, get the iced vanilla latte so good. Recommend going to this Starbucks out of all the ones in Winston

I get drinks from here at least once a month and every time they Are so fast and never get my order wrong.
Today I waited Just a little bit longer than usual (about the normal wait time at any other Starbucks) but they apologized and gave me a free drink! Great customer service!

Extremely poor customer service. Waited over 8 mins for my macchiato and decided to ask for a refund. When regulars walked in about five minutes apart and receive their drinks without even going through the line. Then another customer came in and received is frozen drinks and I was never even a acknowledge. When I asked for my money back I was told by Ashley that drive-​through is first before walk in customers.
Also when I first walked in I was standing in line but Ashley chose to take her friends order first who was standing behind me. He did say she was here first, but I plan on staying so I was like the go ahead. Ashley just threw her arms nears sugar head and then continue to place with her friends order.
When I asked Ashley for refund All she did was make excuses and no apologies or concern whatsoever only thing she seem concerned about his regular customers I’m new to the area I will never be a customer again.

Very slow service, my machiato wasnt prepared properly as it had no flavor until the bottom of the cup. Also it wasnt very tidy. I understand why itvwas almost empty.

Professional and friendly as star bucks should be. They always get my order correct and the staff is friendly. I know working in a demanding environment such as serving all kinds of coffee choices, tea and other items, customers can be rude, demanding and very hateful. This place has always treated me well and made me smile.

Service was rude both ways. When I ordered she was very short and was not nice when I asked questions.
They got my drink wrong and wanted me to pay for a new one. That’s the first time that’s ever happened at a Starbucks and was really strange. I ended up getting a refund from still rude manager and leaving. Won’t be back.

I am currently working right down the street from this Starbucks, and the Reynolda Rd. location is closer to my home. One day I decided to go to this place during a QUICK lunch break & was disappointed. First of all, I was the only one in line & it took about 12 minutes to finally get my S’mores frapp.
Once I finally got my frapp, it had NO coffee in it. I looked at it & immediately realized there was no coffee in it since it was a light, creamy color, & there was also no Graham cracker crumbles on the top or marshmallow whipped cream in the bottom. I tapped on the window & told another young man (I assume he was the manager) that there was no coffee in this drink. He acted surprised, went to make me a new frapp (by this time there were 4 cars behind me), upon getting my second drink, again there were no graham cracker crumbles or supplemental whipped cream in the bottom. This literally took 25 minutes for something that should have taken 5 – 7. I didn’t even care to bother asking about it by this point, since I felt bad for holding up the line.
I have never had such a frustrating experience with a Starbucks location before & this won’t steer me away from the company, but definitely this location. HOW do you not know how to make some of your newer, more in demand drinks?! If you don’t, please clarify with the customer FIRST (the Jonestown Rd. location drive-​thru barista asked me if I wanted a cream s’mores frapp or one with coffee in it, so why couldn’t this location?)

Yelling & snapping at each other, 10 minute wait for my drink, unorganized, two people at register but no one making drinks. No one seems interested in fixing it. 3 of us are standing here with our wtf faces on.
They see us waiting but haven’t said anything. Entire crew should be fired and replaced.

This location took a while to grow on me, but it has:) it definitely makes the trip to Walmart more bearable. This is the largest location I have seen, and have a large enclosed room with dual fireplace. The staff are friendly enough– there is also an outdoor area to sit. I noticed the staff I didn’t take a liking to are no longer there– so that has made it a much more pleasant place. It is roomy and allows room to spread out if you are working. The barista area is a good ways away from the seating area so it seems less noisy.

This place does a great business. Their drive through is always full. They get you in & out. I love their coffee.

Best SBux in Winston. I stop in maybe twice a week before work. The drinks are well made and the baristas are incredibly friendly.
I’ve recently began to sample their breakfast sandwiches. An honorable mention would be the bacon & gouda breakfast sandwich. Really nice bread and it’s a nice change of pace from a southern breakfast biscuit. My favorite coffee is the blonde roast veranda and favorite frappuccino is a vanilla bean with raspberry syrup.
If you go to Starbucks frequently, I highly recommend buying and registering a gift card in order to participate in the «My Starbucks Rewards» program. You basically load/​reload money onto the card and use the card to make your coffee purchases. You earn stars towards free drinks by doing this. You also get a free drink on your bday. They also have occasional promotions like half price pastries, half price drinks between certain hours, etc. Gold level members get free refills on coffee. Who doesn’t like free drinks and free refills?

This location has a drive threw which is a huge bonus. I tried their new cheese danish and it was great. It tasted more like a bakery danish rather than a frozen one. I also tried the chocolate chai tea latte. All I could taste was nutmeg. I was not a fan of this drink and will go back to my normal coffee order. The staff there is friendly and efficient.

My drive thru Barista was excellent. I have to say that this location is a star and the chains network and I only wish all Starbucks delivered the same the experience.

One of my favorite Starbucks in Winston Salem. I usually stop here on the way to the mountains or when I am traveling north to see some friends.
Friendly service and super efficient, especially in the mornings. I used to stop here every morning before work for my fix.

An excellent Starbucks … and I have been to many!

The staff is super friendly, not that ‘fake’ friendliness. I always get either the lemon poppy seed cake, banana walnut bread or the strawberries n cream.
