I met with Ken March 1, 2013 I thought I’d found a really good guy to help me with my rentals. BIG MISTAKE, he’s charged me for work that was NOT done and said he’d reimburse me, WELL it’s been three weeks and NO $$$ from him, BE VERY CAREFUL if you hire this guy. Pretty sad when it takes two and half months and I’m still dealing with this guy ! He said he would pressure wash the house and clean. I had to hire someone else to do the work, MY BAD for not monitoring him, I thought he was a professional !
