I really enjoy supporting PDQ! The staff is super friendly & always has a smile on their face. I have NEVER encountered a rude staff member here. They are very eager to please their customers. I’ve watched the staff walk customers to their car, covering them in the rain with an umbrella. The food is delicious & there’s plenty of options. I love their French fries! They are crispy & have just the right amount of salt for me. My favorite thing to get is the grilled chicken Caesar salad add bacon and avocado. Note: it’s a tad bit on the pricey side. Overall a great meal everytime.

I have one complaint about PDQs-why can’t we have one in Greensboro? PDQs has awesome chicken tenders, grilled or crispy(I prefer the crispy). I’d say their just as good if not better than Chick Fil-A(gasp), though in a completely different way. Their meals are about the same price as Chick Fil-A as well. If you haven’t been to a PDQ, it’s chicken focused. Chicken tenders, chicken salads, chicken sandwiches. They also have yummy French fries, blueberry coleslaw, and sliced apples as sides. Have a sweet tooth? No worries, they have gigantic cookies and shakes as well. And my favorite? They have malts! I love a good chocolate malt and can’t find a good one anywhere. It always seems there’s not enough malt flavor in them. But PDQs malts have that perfect balance of flavor and malt. What I love most about PDQ is they have a number of yummy dipping sauces. I’m a sauce-a-holic so this is a major plus for me. My favorites are the siracha, creamy garlic, buffalo bleu, and chipotle bbq. They also have honey mustard, ranch, blueberry, and a few others. And you cons have up to 3 sauces with your meal, which floats my boat. On another note, I love that the owner is out and about in the open working every time I go to PDQ. In fact, he was working the drive thru window when I visited yesterday. I think employees respect a manager a lot more when he does the same work they do, and taking great pride in it. He interacted with customers, checked on us often, and was respectful to his employees. Kudos to him. I’m definitely a fan.

The foods good but the music is way too loud. My girlfriend and I had to almost scream just too have a conversation. Music belongs in the background. I asked to lower the music but I was told they keep it loud to keep the employees upbeat and intergetic. I call bullshit on that.

This place is always great. Haven’t had a bad meal there. Best crispy turkey breast sandwich I’ve had. In my opinion a better sandwich than chick-fila. They also make the best coleslaw by adding blueberries. Delicious!

I’m not one to eat at fast-food or fast-casual restaurants but was starving and had a coupon for a free meal so I decided to try out PDQ as I’d heard several good reviews. I was not disappointed. I went through the drive-thru and was immediately impressed that I placed my order, face to face, with a person and not through a speaker! The staff was very friendly and when I pulled up to get my order they called me by name. It’s the little things that really set them apart. I went with the Cali club chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly and not overcooked and dry, which I’ve found to be an issue at other fast-casual restaurants. Any of their sandwiches can be wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun, which is another win for PDQ. I will definitely be stopping by again and would recommend it to other fast-casual skeptics.

I finally stopped at PDQ… My sister JUST had a baby and I wanted to bring her and my brother-in-law some non-hospital food. I got 2 meals and an order of just tenders. Having never eaten here before, I was unsure which sauce to get so they pretty much gave me one of each. Only problem was that having numerous sauces, we had no idea which was which. Many of them look identical but tasted so different. My suggestion is that maybe they could get little stickers to put on the containers identifying what kind it is. The chicken was super tasty. Next time, I want to dine-in because by the time I got to the hospital, the food was pretty cold. :-/ The staff were SO helpful!!! … Especially for a PDQ Rookie! Just double check your«to go» order before heading out the door. Luckily I checked and was missing my tenders and they were quick to fix the problem. The kind lady helping me also provided me with a sample of their apple slices marinated in pineapple juice with toffee dipping. I definitely would recommend this place! I’ll be back!

I’m not a fast food lover by any stretch of the imagination, however, on a very hangry day I swung by PDQ and I really liked it! The chicken fingers were great and the ranch dipping sauce was so good. I’m a sucker for fresh house made ranch and they didn’t miss the mark! So now I know where I’ll be headed when I need a quick great tasting lunch on the go!

Finally got around to trying this place and I am glad i did. I walked in and was greeted right away. Got some recommendations on what was good from not only the employee working but also a customer. The employee was super nice and patient explaining the various options I could go with. I decided to try the Spicy Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Though the size portions are not the greatest, the quality and taste more than made up for it. All in all my food was ready quick, made with a smile and tasted great. I will most likely be back to try some other things out. Yes, they specialize in chicken but their salads were great too. And i saw fresh made cookies that will be on the list for next time.

The tenders and fries are fresh made and really tasty. The home made sauces are just off the chart good — I love the buffalo blue the best. Friendly atmosphere and staff makes for a good dining experience.

Went here for the first time today and I was impressed! Inviting, warm atmosphere, friendly service, clean, and fresh, good food. I guess I would classify it as fast food but higher class if that makes any sense! They do have a drive-thru but have a nice dining area. I had the chicken tenders and fries and it was really good! If you want good food but are on a time constraint, check this place out. We definitely enjoyed it!

Five star restaurant in its category — fast-ish food. It’s like a poultry based Five Guys. The chicken tenders are delicious and I like the choice of dipping sauces. But my real favorite here is the fried turkey sandwich. A big hunk of well seasoned turkey on a bun with some vegetables and sauce. My go to. That, and their shakes. The seasonal shakes are always interesting, and I love the fat straw they use. I don’t have to fight with the shake like I do at Cookout. This month I bought a breast cancer awareness T-Shirt and get a free shake with my combo meal all month. I’m going to gain 10 pounds I think. The customer service is always very friendly and efficient.

PDQ’s really does have top notch service. I have been to this place several times since it has opened and have enjoyed each visit. I like their crispy tenders with the creamy garlic dipping sauce and their french fries are tasty as well. I recently just tried their grilled chicken salad and that was tasty as well. I will say they were very light on the toppings but the grilled chicken was juicy tasting. I will however pass on the bacon in the salad. It was not worth the extra $ 1 for the few pieces I received. My bacon portion was probably the equivalent to a half a piece of bacon… rip off. But besides feeling slighted with my bacon my visit was perfect.

Ok, I hate to admit this but this was my first visit to PDQ. I’m a fan. They have all-things chicken and much more. Their menu offers a wide variety of all things chicken from salads to chicken nuggets to chicken sandwiches to chicken tenders. They offer a variety of home-made sauce to flavor you nuggets and tender. They have a variety of chicken sandwiches. I decided to go with the chicken tender platter with chipolata bbq sauce and hand-cut fries. My fiancée order the Cali Club Chicken Sandwich with well season grilled chicken with Hass avocados, bacon and home-made ranch dressing that has a kick to it. She said it was awesome and that she would get it again. All in all, we are fans. If you are craving juicy chicken nuggets/tenders/sandwiches, PDQ is the place to go.

I stopped in for lunch today. This is my second time here at this location. I was kinda excited since my first trip was a pretty good experience. I went with the 4 tenders w/fries(sweet spice and garlic sauces) along with some apples. I started with the apples as my app. The apples were awesome; crisp, green, and sour. Marinating in a few oz. of pineapple juice, YUM! As for the dipping sauce or should I say dipping crack, it is simply an absolutely wonderful, tasty, sweet treat. If the Colonel’s secret recipe is locked in a safe, this recipe should be in Ft. Knox :0) The tenders were… huh tender, but they had little flavor. The fries were limp and of a skimpy quantity. Both are disappointing, I expected far better. The sweet spice sauce was blah, but the garlic sauces was a good taste on the tenders and fries. The service was friendly but a little too quick to make food suggestions. The dining room attendant was named Jody. This guy was on point. Friendly, helpful, and the best part was that it came off naturally. He really seemed to enjoy his work. When I got my food I filled my drink I immediately noticed that the condiment counter could have used a little more attention. But buy the time I got a drink refill, Jody was on it. My final disappointment was the sanitation rating should be better. If it was a math test grade or Waffle House, I would love it. But with a store of this caliber I expect more, especially with this price point on the meals. I expect better, since I have had better, HERE. They may be down but I think they are far from out. I will come back, especially for the apples. Note: the rating was a 94 and my meal was over $ 11.00 Let’s go PDQ! I’ll be back!

PDQ has got fast friendly service down pat. I had the grilled chicken sandwich today, with the buffalo blue cheese sauce instead on the honey mustard. The bun was a Little on the dry side. However the lettuce and tomato were very fresh and good! I asked for my side to be the tender, when I got it I had fries, which I was not keen on last time, and a tender. The tender is ok. It’s a good size, but the batter isn’t anything special, but the dipping sauces fixes that. Thank goodness they gave me fries they really were outstanding. They were perfectly cooked! I find they get cold fast, and aren’t as good. Maybe why I didn’t like them last time. I thought about trying another shake, but the line is a little to long for me now. I guess that means I will come back again!

I have forever changed my mind on fast food chicken! Everything, including the ketchup and sauces, is made daily! The chicken and fries are made to order! The name PDQ stands for People Dedicated to Quality and they truly do not disappoint! Everything is fresh, never frozen and it shows! The tenders are amazing, the fries are and shakes as well. However, the staff also makes the whole experience the best! I go weekly and never have they messed up an order nor has it been any less delicious than the last. Even simple things such as ketchup is made on site. I love that you can see into the kitchen as they make your food fresh to order as well! You witness them hand mixing the sauces, breading the chicken, smashing the potatoes and mixing the shakes. They also call you by name vs a number! I have also had their chicken salad and it was more delicious, not to mention fresh, than I expected! The fresh chopped lettuce was crisp and topped with cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, purple cabbage, sliced cucumbers and delicious homemade honey mustard dressing. They grilled the chicken without any unnecessary marinade which I loved! I also had the green tea to drink and it’s also freshly brewed on site vs in a pre-made bottle or vending machine!

Has been pretty consistent on most visits. I like the fries with skin and flavor of their batter. On this last visit, my bun was frozen. I know this happens, but although a manager clearly saw me discussing the bun with my friends, no offer was made to replace it. When I spoke up to the gentleman serving people’s orders, he politely got me a fresh bun, and then felt mine and said, «wow, you were not exaggerating» about the frozen bun? That response was a bit unprofessional.

First time experience, everyone greets with a smile. The food and the quality of the food are fantastic! The ranch and honey mustard weren’t too sour tasting like most sauces. The tenders were a decent size and there were plenty of fries. I would more than likely go back

I’ve been to PDC twice and really enjoyed my experiences both times. The restaurant is open with lots of different types of seating(booths, high tables, bar looking into the kitchen). The people are always very friendly and have always been able to offer a good recommendation. I would have never tried the sweet heat sauce without the recommendation of one of the servers/bussers. I’ve tried the fried chicken salad and the chicken tenders by themselves. Both were very good. The fries aren’t perfectly crispy but still well-seasoned. The sauces are great. As I’ve mentioned before, I’m a condiment person and love a good sauce. I’ve tried the honey mustard, chipotle BBQ, and sweet heat. I enjoyed them all. I look forward to returning to PDQ and maybe trying a milkshake next time.

Long story short I have been cutting down on sugar and have been dreaming about a chocolate peanut butter shake from PDQ after I saw it on the menu for over a week now. When I went in for their trial runs I got to sample strawberry and oreo but my dreams of chocolate peanut butter did not come to life. So its Monday and lunch and that seems like the perfect time to finally go and get that chocolate peanut butter shake. Let me tell you I have been thinking about it for a week and that thing did not disappoint. I also picked up a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. I try not to eat fast food too much but I definitely feel better eating at PDQ than some of the other chains, they are definitely more of the fast casual variety. The chicken sandwich is delicious with juicy chicken and thick cut pickles. The fries are hot and nicely salted. I added some house made ranch to dip them in and it is tasty. What I think ultimately sets PDQ apart form other fast casual spots is the service. An employee was walking by as I was heading to the door and she actual stopped and opened the door for me. I was greeted by a super friendly employees as I got to the register to place my order. I mean like seems happy to be there friendly, which you don’t see all the time.
