This location is our standard home improvement store we frequent at least once per month. These types of big box stores can feel overwhelming, but I have found the staff members at this location to be really helpful and knowledgeable, enabling me to feel less overwhelmed and able to find what I need quickly. My biggest compliment to the staff is that they often take me to the item I need in the aisle rather than just telling me which aisle to find it in or worse, pointing. During spring and summer, they have a huge garden area that is fun to peruse. They also have a generous return policy, even without a receipt, if you have a My Lowe’s free account; they track purchases via customer phone number. Lowe’s, I’ll be back!

I get that working retail sucks, I did it myself for far too long… But while you’re on the floor, either fake it, hide out where no one can find you, or quit and do something else. The last few times I’ve been here, the customer service has been terrible.

Crazy big garden section that stocks all the basics plus a few varieties that are harder to find. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer questions. Prices are a bit higher compared to shopping at locally owned nurseries. Overall a great experience and we’ll shop here again in the future.

This was your typical Lowe’s but with really good service. I was asked if I needed help and the associate was really nice and helpful. He was able to answer my questions and made recommendations. He also took me to the air filter aisle rather then just pointing. The check out person was also nice.

Hey Lowes, Remember that door that was supposed to be installed today and was the wrong front door? Well, Jonathan at the Lowes on University in Winston-Salem, NC then had the audacity(you can look that up if the word is too hard for you) to call me BEFORE he looked at the monstrosity(again, dictionaries are helpful) he ordered to tell me that he, in fact, ordered the door correctly. In essence, that peach of a young man(that was sarcasm, you can look that up, too) called me a liar when I told him that the door was completely wrong. He assured me, «Oh, no! I ordered it correctly», repeatedly he told me. My, what god like cognition(dictionary) he has to know that what he ordered was correct before he even LOOKED at the door. Don’t lose THAT employee, Lowes. Not only does he have the«gift of sight», but his customer service skills are second to none.(DO I really need to point out this is sarcasm at this point?) Your store manager, Lance, apparently takes lunch three times a day, since each time we call(before he knows it is an irate customer, btw) we are told he is at lunch. He either has a serious metabolic disturbance or is a lazy, shiftless moron. Might I suggest Lance visit a doctor lest he fall over from hypoglycemia. I take time out of my day(once again, let’s not forget that I took the day off from work for a door that was not installed) to go BACK to LOWES to re-order the door INPERSON from someone who hopefully knows what they are doing. God knows, we can’t trust Jonathan. While there, we find out that Jonathan, in all his ordering perfection(he could NEVER make a mistake, right?) OVERCHARGED us 2000.00 for the SAME door. So, Lowes, please save me your disingenuous(dictionary) «Sorry Elizabeth, for your experience at Lowes, reference this number for customer service», and shove that up your home improvement ass.

I LOVE this store! The store is extremely nice and clean and the staff members are always friendly(well except for one) I would totally recommend coming here as opposed to HD across the street. Prices are always better at Lowes as well!
