I get let down in some way every time I come here. When they get the food right it tastes great, but it seems like they’re always out of key ingredients so I have to settle for something else. The staff can be very unprofessional and«service with a smile» is an abstract concept at this location.

I wish there was a way to give a half star which any store would get just for opening. Two Sunday mornings these guys ran out of key food. When I complained to mgmt via their web, the reply is canned and lame. Thank you so much for the info it will help us correct these issues, it’s comments like these that help us improve. But they don’t improve. Third problem, my daughter goes in for biscuits and they are out of chicken,(she waited) something I refuse to do for simple fast food fare. This mgmt team not only fails, they’re not willing to pay attention to customers in order to improve quality. They must be making«enough» sales without my family’s business. Best of luck to the location, my money may not break you but it won’t be coming to you here either.

In the past I would have given this location 5 stars but they no longer have the service or quality of food that I have come to expect. Last night I ordered the«All Natural Burger». I was told that the burger was a bit thinner but bigger around. Quite the understatement! There was more lettuce than meat. Never again! I took my son back at 3:30 this afternoon and we order a 3&5 piece chicken tender combo. I have ALWAYS thought this was THEBEST place in town for tenders. Well, not anymore. One of the 3 I had was breading with stringy thin something white in it that may have been chicken. Also what should have been 8 tenders was more like FOUR because they were so small. Can only assume they are being cut in half yet sold for the same price. When I complained to the girl that brought the food to the table she just shrugged it off. I’m not sure she understood English. My son asked if there was a manager and she just walked away. Pretty sure I’m going to have to ‘walk away’ too!

My wife had a craving for taquitos, so we hit the drive thru at Hardee’s/Red Burrito. We ordered the 5 taquitos, which are served with sour cream. Pretty simple order. 5 taquitos, sour cream, maybe two napkins, throw it all in a bag, done! Nope. They managed to forget the sour cream. It was 3:30pm, nobody in the restaurant and we were the only ones in the drive thru. But still, botched up the order.

Wow. I have to say that while I love Hardee’s, this particular one really bites a bit on the service. It was around 8PM or so, and there wasn’t any customers inside. We’ve been here before for drive-thru and it’s always taken a long time to get the food. This time was no different. What’s amusing is that there were three cars total, and we had to pull up and wait for the food still. Not a huge deal except they forget the extra item that we paid for and I had to go in and get it. To top it off, the 50 cents of sour cream, was in a container that I’ve seen for a dime at Mexican restaurants. In my opinion, it was a total waste, but if I ordered it as extra, shouldn’t you be able to put it in the bag? They also were chatting when I went in, and the manager didn’t even ask how I can help. They had to finish their conversation before I could politely ask for my missing item off of my receipt. I have a feeling they’re not going to last with this type of service. I love Hardee’s(and Carl’s Jr.) but this particular establishment needs to perk up their service department instead of chatting. I know it’s not the most fun of places to work, but Chick-Fil-A had recently opened next door, and I know their service is superb.
