The massage was top notch. Ernie was FANTASTIC! Best deep tissue I’ve had in years. Everything was wonderful until I met the «timeshare» sales person at the front desk wanting to sell me a membership. It basically annulled the 80 min massage I had just paid for. Nothing worse than shelling out over $ 100 for relaxation only to flush it down the drain as you exit. I would Highly recommend Ernie, as long as you don’t mind being pitched after your massage.

I’ve called this place 4 times now within the past few months to attempt to make an appointment. I have messaged their Facebook, left voicemails, etc. I have never gotten a reply, a call back, or anyone to answer the phone. Wish I could actually review a massage from this parlor, but it doesn’t look like I’m ever getting one here. What a waste of time for me and waste of my willing business for them to actually just lose a potential new customer over never picking up the ringing phone. Ridiculous. Don’t bother calling.

Christine is amazing! Her facials are soothing and very regenerative. Add on the microderm and collagen mask if you can. I almost fall asleep every time!

Really enjoyed my first visit to Hand & Stone Massage and will be back again! I had Corey and my husband had Jasmine and we were both super pleased. A lot of times we walk out of a massage and think that was good but not great. Not after our trip to Hand & Stone the massages were awesome! I do wish they had the water machine right by the door or your massage therapist handed you a cup as you are walking out which usually happens.
We did sign up for their monthly membership. Unfortunately there was some confusion about what we could apply our gift cards to, so we now have to cancel that and use the gift cards first. If someone gets you a gift card here they seem to be better off going with the cash gift card option instead of the services option since that can restrict you, especially if you decide to sign up for the membership.

I’ve had a lot of massages over the years and I am really impressed with the deep tissue I had done recently at Hand & Stone. My male masseuse (forget his name) was FANTASTIC and also gave me recommendations for caring for my muscles on my own. Moist heat for the win. A better experience than my previous ones at Massage Envy locations in Wilmington, NC, and Boston, MA.
Docking a star because (1) the coconut water in the reception area had a fake flavor, blech, and (2) being bargained with to join their service after an hour massage kills the vibe even though I did expect it.

I’ve had a LOT of massages from a wide range of providers and locations and I think this Hand & Stone has the most consistently good massages. Even if I switch up therapists they have all been very. very good. Kaitlin & Bill have been the best for deep tissue, but I haven’t had one massage that I felt was a waste of time/​money. The girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful — if you ever did have a bad massage there I feel confident that they would make it right for you.

Very welcoming and relaxing. And a great value. Regina is fabulous for massages and Jamie is super for facials. Reception and check-​out is always pleasant, and most of the time they greet me by name.
