I’ve attempted to make a formal complaint with your company, but of course I cannot get anyone on the phone. I went with your company because I was told communication is number 1. Well it hasn’t been in my case. I’ve attempted 10 phone calls and numerous emails, several of which went acknowledged. And when they were, it was not done in a timely manner. I was also not told that my moving director, Jennifer Wilson, was transferred to a different department. So as I continued to try to contact Jennifer Wilson. She never called me back to let me know she moved to a different department. After three days of trying to get in touch with her, I called David Micheels who then informed me she had been transferred and Shannon McGovern should have been in touch with me. Which she was not. My items are arriving later than expected, which I understand because it is the busiest season. But I was lied to by David Micheels who told me communication was his number 1 priority. I was also lied to by Shannon McGovern who told me I would be reimbursed for items I needed within that window of time(which is only 3 days-However, I made arrangements to stay with friends until my expected delivery date. So now, I will be unable to cook and have no where to sleep.) Supposedly, I am not being reimbursed because my weight is under 3500. At this point I would not recommend your company to my three friends who will be moving in the next year. I also will be posting this review on facebook and making a direct link to it on twitter. I am highly disappointed in your staff because of the lack of communication and the two lies. I hope your company can improve on this.
