Quality Italian food. Pesto pasta was extremely good and they give you some great bread to go with it!

We come here at least once a month and are always happy with the food and the service!

I ordered food to be delivered from Elizabeth’s and after 2 hours, the food had not arrived. When I called to check on the order, the owner was VERY rude! Never order from this place!
Unfortunately, I can’t tell u if the food is good because it never came!

First time patron to this establishment. Was in town visiting Wake Forrest with my son. I like going to local restaurants when ever we visit different places. It’s nice to taste the local flavors of a town from a mom and pop restaurant. The staff was very friendly and nice. Made you feel welcome. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and it was deliscious. Maybe a little on the salty side but I think most restaurants put too much salt in their food but that is just me. Would recommend Elizabeth’s for some good Italian food.

I cannot say enough about this place! This is the second time I’ve ordered from here, both times delivery, and this time I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try something new. I had the Pasta Carbonara and I literally had to make myself out the fork down! I never would’ve thought bacon would be good in something like this but let me tell you, this will be my go-​to from now on! Also, the food was delivered to my door within 30 minutes (when I was told 45 to an hour) so that makes for one happy customer!

Being born & bred in NYC, I may be spoiled when it comes to good Italian restaurants. It’s been hard to find one that wows me here in NC. I was not overly impressed at this place. When we sat down, it took a long time for someone to take our order. The hostess gave us drinks when we sat down. In fact, gave us refills even before we ordered food.
In their defense, it was lunchtime and very busy. It seemed a bit understaffed. When the waitress came to take our order, she was apologetic for the wait and very nice. I ordered an Italian hero with all the fixings. I asked for a small (8″), but received the large instead (12″). It was very large and filled with way too much greens which fell all over the place. Was kind of bland too.
The place itself was quaint. A little dark but nice. Again, the waitress was very sweet even though she seemed overwhelmed she was courteous and tried very hard to handle everything.
I believe in giving places a second chance and I will for this place. I will try at a different time of day and order something different.
Italian food isn’t easy.

I gave them 1 star only because I couldn’t give –5 stars. We ordered the pizzas at 7:15, at 8:15 they weren’t here yet so my wife called and the guy was very rude and told her that the guy just left. We live less than 1.5 miles away and 30 minutes later still no pizza. She called back and the guy was even more rude than the first time and said «so what, do you want me to cancel your order?» We said no… we just want the pizzas that we ordered 1.5 hours ago. He said they will be here soon. 10 minutes later the driver showed up with ice cold pizzas. We refused them and call the restaurant back. The guy said that they were so busy that he was telling customers that it would take an hour to get delivery. He asked if we wanted new ones? Waiting a total of 3 HOURS??? I don’t think so! I’d rather have Dominos!

AWFUL SERVICE!!! We ordered a pizza at 7:10 PM and at 8:45PM we still didn’t have a pizza… we called twice during that time period to check in on it and the men on the phone were SO RUDE!!! The pizza arrived at 8:55 PM and it was ICE cold, so we sent it back. We live a mile and a half from this place there is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON it should take almost TWO HOURS to get a pizza delivered.

I ordered 2 slices of pizza with 2 toppings and a 1 topping calzone, they messed the pizza toppings up and gave me a cheese calzone! After I waited 1.5 hours for delivery!!! It also didn’t taste very well… but I guess that could be because it sat out an hour.

Had horrible food… Was there late but no excuse if they give you a menu with all options. If they don’t have linguine noodles just say so… if veal is not fresh… offer something else… nice folks but food was not good.

Worst place ever!!#!!##!!! Wont go here again… I thought pizza was suppose to be hot not cold.

In town on business and not wanting to venture too far I came across this little gem. On the recommendation of the friendly staff I tried the Tortellini Campagnola — Tortellini
with fresh meat sauce, mushrooms, bacon and fresh basil in their homemade pink sauce.
It was awesome! You won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for years, since I was a child. I’ve never had anything bad or less than good customer service. This place had the best cheesesteaks in town. I’m originally from Philly and have had more than my fair share of steaks over the years and Elizabeth’s has the market cornered. If I don’t make them myself, I get them from here.
Also, the best pasta I’ve ever had in my life came from here. You can pick your pasta (spaghetti, penne, etc.) and your sauce (marinara, carbonara, etc.) and no matter the combo I choose, the pasta is ALWAYS al dente, piping hot and plenty delicious. I highly recommend getting it alongside some pizza for a big ol’ Italian meal. Don’t forget the buttery, garlicky garlic knots!
The pizza? The pizza you ask? Well, it’s pretty good. I give it a 3.2 out of 5. Pretty pedestrian, but slightly better than average.

Excellent pizzeria. Friendly greetings when my wife and I walked in the door. Our hostess, Elizabeth, was so very nice and friendly. Our waitress, who is seven months pregnant, was efficient, witty and cut up with us throughout our interactions with her.
The garlic knots were hot and fresh and the oil mixture that was drizzled all over them was amazing. We could have got one more order of that and had been full.
We ordered a house special pizza. It was brought out in a timely manner. Excellent pie.
No complaints about anything for our dinner.
If you are in the area definitely pop in and check them out.

I come to this location often and I have never had bad food or bad service. I usually get the NY Style pizza or Chicken Philly Cheese Steak. It’s usually not too crowded and you can seat yourself in one of several booths or tables. The daily lunch specials are reasonably priced and there are several to choose from. The only complaint I have is that sometimes we are offered bread and sometimes not. Although I certainly don’t need to eat more bread, I didn’t know it was an option to have the first couple of times O visited as the server didn’t mention it. It’s my a big deal but if you want bread you may have to ask. On my last visit, the manager came over and asked how we were enjoying the meal. I always appreciate that in an establishment. I will definitely be back.

What a wonderful place to eat! First the service was excellent, then the food came it was absolutely fantastic! Recommend this place to anyone looking for great dining!

Just left here. The only good thing was our young waiter who was very friendly and attentive.. Have been to mainly Elizabeth’s in Greensboro so I had high expectations. We were highly disappointed. We had side salad, chicken wings and large pepperoni pizza. The ranch dressing was like water. Actually had to throw salt on my salad for taste. The wings were average and the pizza was just horrible. It tasted just as good as frozen box pizza. I think they need to find out what the other locations are doing.

Do not order delivery from this place! The pizza arrived cold and when I called to complain, the woman who answered the phone told me it was my fault for not giving my number or apartment number. I explained to her that there was no apt number and that she obviously had my phone number because the driver called me twice. Her response: Oh. This is my second horrible delivery service with this restaurant. The food isn’t that good and certainly not worth the trouble.

Wasn’t expecting a lot when I walked in, but our dining experience was phenomenal. Our server was incredibly friendly, attentive without being intrusive and a total sweetheart. Tuesday is half price bottles of wine night, and my boyfriend got a Coppola red blend for amazingly cheap. I’m super pregnant, so I stuck with my sweet tea, but he seemed to enjoy the wine.
We got calamari and cheese bread for apps. The calamari was pretty good, a tiny bit over fried, but dear Lord that bread was a tiny fluffy piece of heaven. For dinner we got a large pizza and the chicken marsala. The pizza has the best crust. Ever. So so so good. The chicken marsala was perfectly salty and the portion size was huge! This place rules. Plus, we spent about 50 bucks and some change, after 25% tip.

Excellent eatery in a modest location. This place really doesn’t stand out in any way from a traditional pizza dine in establishment but the food and service are top notch without the gimmicks. Don, our server was not intrusive, yet always available, courteous and lighthearted as well as obviously knowledgable about the menu.
We’ve ordered the Sunday special of buy one pasta item get second half off and for $ 15 bucks total had gotten way more food than we could handle. Tortellini Alfredo for me and pesto for my partner. I loved the salad it came with. The main dish was very tasty and filling as well.
All in all, great experience for a dreary day. This is definitely the best place to eat in the area without breaking your wallet.
