I am very happy with my experience here. I was greeted promptly by a very nice technician and the service was excellent. I recently had a bad experience at another establishment and was almost ready to just high tail it to best buy. My budget it pretty tight and I knew I would only be able to get something slow at best buy. However I Paid a reasonable amount of money for a pretty nice machine. Its fast! I loved that they answered all my questions and understood my concerns with everything being genuine software wise. Thank you so much for your patience with me.

The gentlemen at Dragonware were helpful, courteous, and kind. They quickly diagnosed my problem, dealt with my warranty, got the replacement part, and reinstalled all of my date. Thank you so much for all of your help! I will definitely recommend them to my friends. If you have a computer issue that you cannot solve on your own then you should absolutely call Chris at Dragonware.
