Douglas Autocare has provided more than value and quality service when I’ve needed it, they’ve done it while treating me like family.
After my car was broken into, the owner (Jim) was very empathetic and helped me decide the best possible fix given the circumstances and my insurance coverage. Jim even dealt with my insurance company personally when they called about my claim. You can tell you are getting personal service from people that genuinely care with Douglas Autocare. Whether it’s been a simple oil change, a dead battery, or any other auto issue I’ve had, Douglas has been and will continue to be my first call for any car issues.
