My mom takes tai chi here and I joined her this past Saturday for a class while I was visiting my family. I came into the class knowing nothing about tai chi and learned some sweet moves. Sifu Eric Marks did an excellent job teaching the class! Sadly I live in Texas or I would definitely return.
Now excuse me while I go practice…
