You always hear «if i could star this place in the negative i would“Well this is that place.
The most ridiculously aggravating experience I have ever had and all due to one employee.
Went to get 2-​way radio programed. HE messed up the programing in the radio, installed a locking code to lock me out of my own, personally owned radio, and was unpleasant to work with. One of the guys that works there (jeff), was extremely unpleasant to deal with and thinks that he knows more than he actually knows. This is a dangerous combination. Even when you can prove he is wrong he still will never admit it.
Go ANYWHERE BUT HERE TO GET RADIOS SERVICED, REPAIRED, OR PROGRAMMED.
